在洁净的人，凡物都洁净；在污秽不信的人，什么都不洁净，连心地和天良也都污秽了。

To the pure, all things are pure, but to those who are corrupted and do not believe, nothing is pure. In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted.

To people who are pure, all things are pure. But to those who have twisted minds and don’t believe, nothing is pure. In fact, their minds and their sense of what is right and wrong are twisted.

我知道，並且在主耶穌裡深信，沒有一樣東西的本身是不潔的，但如果有人認為是不潔的，對他來說那東西就成為不潔了。

不可因食物的緣故拆毀神的工作。一切都是潔淨的，但人若因食物絆倒弟兄，對他來說，這就是惡事了。

甚麼事情都可以作，但不是都有益處。甚麼事情都可以作，但不是都能造就人。

他們禁止嫁娶，禁戒食物。食物本是神所造的，是給信主和認識真理的人存感謝的心領受的。因為凡神所造的，都是好的，只要存感謝的心領受，沒有一樣是可以棄絕的；

但如果有人存著疑惑的心去吃，他就被定罪了，因為他不是出於信心。凡不是出於信心的，都是罪。

甚麼事我都可以作，但不是都有益處。甚麼事我都可以作，但我不要受任何事的轄制。食物是為了肚腹，肚腹是為了食物；但神卻要把這兩樣都廢掉。身體不是為了淫亂，而是為了主，主也是為了身體。

主對他說：“你們法利賽人把杯盤的外面洗淨，但你們裡面卻充滿了搶奪和邪惡。無知的人哪，那造外面的，不也造裡面嗎？只要把裡面的施捨出去，你們的一切就都潔淨了。

但從口裡出來的，是發自內心，才會使人污穢。

所以，你們或吃喝，或作甚麼，一切都要為神的榮耀而行。

第二次又有聲音對他說：“神所潔淨的，你不可當作俗物。”

不過，這種知識不是人人都有的。有些人直到現在習慣了拜偶像的事，因此他們吃的時候，就把這些食物看作是真的獻過給偶像的；他們的良心既然軟弱，就被污穢了。

肉食市場所賣的一切，你們只管吃，不要為了良心的緣故問甚麼，

哈該又說：“人若因觸著屍體而成為不潔，又觸著這些東西的任何一樣，這就算為不潔嗎？”祭司都回答說：“要算為不潔淨。”

何況基督的血呢？他藉著永遠的靈，把自己無瑕無疵的獻給神，他的血不是更能潔淨我們的良心脫離致死的行為，使我們可以事奉永活的神嗎？

我們良心的邪惡既然被灑淨，身體也用清水洗淨了，那麼，我們就應該懷著真誠的心和完備的信，進到神面前；

就和那些心術敗壞，喪失真理的人不斷地爭吵。他們視敬虔為得利的門路。

“你要告訴這地的人民和祭司說：‘這七十年來，你們在五月和七月禁食哀哭，豈是真的為我禁食呢？你們吃，你們喝，豈不是為你們自己吃，為你們自己喝嗎？

高傲的眼、傲慢的心，惡人的燈，都是罪惡。

因此，無論甚麼人若用不合適的態度吃主的餅，喝主的杯，就是得罪主的身體、主的血了。所以人應當省察自己，然後才吃這餅，喝這杯。因為那吃喝的人，如果不辨明是主的身體，就是吃喝定在自己的身上的罪了。
