蓋有人越準繩、虛誕欺詐、而宗割禮為尤甚、

蓋有多人不服者、言虛誕、行誘惑、而奉割禮者為尤甚、

方今不可駕御者、實繁有徒、信口雌黃、自欺欺人尤以割禮中人為甚。
