爾眷愛之情、甚為篤摯、愈於酒醴、爾之香膏、愈於芳品、唇若蜂房滴瀝、舌若乳蜜調和、衣香襲人、若利巴嫩之木。我之新婦、視若姊妹、園囿已鍵、井泉已封、所植者石榴美果、古柏香木、馨香草、番紅花、菖蒲、桂枝、乳香、沒藥、蘆薈、與諸芬芳之品。園中之溪、活水之泉、發源於利巴嫩。新婦曰、願北風起、南風亦至、吹於我園、使芬芳遠徹、願我夫子入園、而食嘉果。良人曰、我之新婦、視若姊妹、我入園囿、採沒藥與香品、食蜂房與甘蜜、飲乳酪與酒醴、爾曹友朋、飲之食之、以快其心。○

詰朝夙興、適葡萄園、觀其萌芽舒蕊、亦觀石榴已茁、在彼享閨房之福。

口若旨酒、依法而流、同寢者親嘗其味、以為甚樂。

宰畜釀酒、肆筵設席、

昔先知預言爾所沾之恩、探索救道、夷考基督之神、牖先知衷、預明基督何時遘艱苦、何時受榮光、先知既得默示、言其傳道、非獨為己、乃為我儕、今蒙天降聖神、使宣福音、以傳斯道與爾、天使亦欲詳察斯道、

爾信摩西、必信我、蓋其書指我、不信其書、詎信我之言、

我欲俯伏拜語我者、彼止之曰、不可、爾惟拜上帝、爾我與傳耶穌言之兄弟、無非同僚、凡感聖神、為先知者、均傳耶穌言、明矣、

爾探索諸經、思其中有永生、然經所證者我也、

亞伯拉罕曰、彼有摩西及先知、可聽之、對曰、不然、祖亞伯拉罕乎、若有人死而復生以就之、彼必悔改、曰、不聽摩西及先知、即有死而復生者、其亦不受勸也、

爾自幼識聖經、因而有智、信基督耶穌得救、

其人賢於帖撒羅尼迦人、以其願安受道、惟日玩索經文、果有此語否、故信之者眾、又有希利尼貴女、男子亦不少、

有此一聞、而先知之語、更為明徵、譬光燭暗、爾當從之、迨日始旦、明星照爾心、
