耶路撒冷女乎、如遇夫子、為我言之、眷愛之情已多、令我消魂。

耶路撒冷眾女乎、切求爾、如遇我之良人、則告之、我因思愛致病、

Daughters of Jerusalem, I charge you— if you find my beloved, what will you tell him? Tell him I am faint with love.

Women of Jerusalem, make me a promise. If you find the one who loves me, tell him our love has made me weak.”

Make this promise, O women of Jerusalem— If you find my lover, tell him I am weak with love.

Young women of Jerusalem, I charge you, if you find my love, tell him that I am lovesick.

Swear to me, you daughters of Jerusalem, If you find my beloved, As to what you will tell him: For I am lovesick.”

Sustain me with raisins; refresh me with apples, for I am sick with love.

As a deer pants for flowing streams, so pants my soul for you, O God.My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God?My tears have been my food day and night, while they say to me all the day long,“ Where is your God?”

I appeal to you, brothers, by our Lord Jesus Christ and by the love of the Spirit, to strive together with me in your prayers to God on my behalf,

Brothers, if anyone is caught in any transgression, you who are spiritual should restore him in a spirit of gentleness. Keep watch on yourself, lest you too be tempted.Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water.So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary, beholding your power and glory.Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you.

I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, that you not stir up or awaken love until it pleases.

Therefore, confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working.

[ Kaph] My soul longs for your salvation; I hope in your word.My eyes long for your promise; I ask,“ When will you comfort me?”For I have become like a wineskin in the smoke, yet I have not forgotten your statutes.
