Now I beseech you, brethren, by our Lord Jesus Christ, and by the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in your prayers to God for me;

Brethren, even if a man be overtaken in any trespass, ye who are spiritual, restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; looking to thyself, lest thou also be tempted.Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

O God, thou art my God; earnestly will I seek thee: My soul thirsteth for thee, my flesh longeth for thee, In a dry and weary land, where no water is.So have I looked upon thee in the sanctuary, To see thy power and thy glory.Because thy lovingkindness is better than life, My lips shall praise thee.

I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem, That ye stir not up, nor awake my love, Until he please.

Confess therefore your sins one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The supplication of a righteous man availeth much in its working.

My soul fainteth for thy salvation; But I hope in thy word.Mine eyes fail for thy word, While I say, When wilt thou comfort me?For I am become like a wine- skin in the smoke; Yet do I not forget thy statutes.
