以賽亞言此、蓋見主之榮、指主而言也、

昔先知預言爾所將得之恩、探索此救道而研究之、基督之神、在先知心中、預言基督受苦後得榮、彼考察神所指者、為何期何時、先知得默示、知所宣之事非為己、乃為我儕、此事賴自天所遣之聖神而傳福音者已告爾、天使亦願詳察此事焉、○

爾當稽考諸經、爾以為其中有永生之道、而為我作證者、即此經也、

二人亦述途中所遇、及擘餅時識耶穌之事、○

爾若信摩西、亦必信我、因摩西書載有指我之言、

此皆為後事之影、而其形即基督也、

律法既為將來美事之影、非本物之實形、故不能以每年所恆獻之祭、使來前者得純全、

非如摩西以帕蒙面、使以色列人不得觀及將廢者之終、其心愚頑、至於今日、讀舊約時、其帕尚存未除、此帕惟賴基督可除、至於今日、彼讀摩西之書、有帕蒙心、迨其歸主、帕即除矣、所言之神、主也、主之神所在、人得自由、我眾面不蒙帕、如由鏡得觀主榮、亦必化為此像、由榮而愈榮、即由主之神而化也、

基督使我儕得和、使二者為一、毀中隔之墻垣、彼以其身、廢冤仇之由、即教守儀文之律法、欲於己身使二者成為一新造之人、如是、使之得和、

在彼有西魯雅三子、即約押、亞比篩、亞撒黑、亞撒黑足捷如曠野之鹿、

今我儕由鏡中而觀、所視者未明、至彼時則互相覿面、今我所知未全、至彼時則深知、如主知我然、

聖神以此明示、前時之幕猶存、入聖所之路、尚未明顯、是幕、乃今時之預像、或作是幕乃預像至於今時於此獻禮物祭祀、不能使崇事之人純全、心中安然、

兄弟乎、我儕既賴耶穌之血、得毅然以入聖所、乃由彼為我儕所開永生之新路、自幔而過者、此幔即其肉體、

我遂俯伏於其足前、欲拜之、彼謂我曰、不可、我與爾、並與爾諸兄弟、即為耶穌作證者、同為僕、爾當崇拜天主、蓋感先知之神、亦感為耶穌作證之人、○
