我的良人啊，願你像香草山上的羚羊和小鹿，快快來到我身邊！

我的良人啊，涼風吹起、日影飛逝的時候，但願你像比特山的羚羊和小鹿一樣快快回來。

以賽亞看見了祂的榮耀，所以才這樣說。

有關這救恩，那些預言恩典要臨到你們的眾先知早已詳細尋求查考了。基督的靈曾在他們心中指示他們，預言基督要受苦，然後得榮耀。他們便詳細查考這些事會在什麼時候、什麼情況下發生。他們得到啟示，知道他們傳講這些事不是為了自己，而是為了你們。現在，那些靠著從天上差來的聖靈向你們傳福音的人，已經將這些事傳給你們了。連天使也想把這些事看個明白。

你們研讀聖經，以為從聖經中可以得到永生。其實為我做見證的正是這聖經，

二人也把路上發生的事以及掰餅時認出主的經過述說了一遍。

你們若信摩西，就應該信我，因為他的書裡也提到我。

這些都不過是將來之事的影子，那真實的本體是基督。

律法只是將來美事的一個投影，並非本體的真像，所以年復一年的獻祭不能使前來敬拜的人純全。

不像摩西將帕子蒙在臉上，以免以色列人看見那漸漸消逝的榮光。但以色列人的心剛硬，直到今日，他們每逢讀舊約的時候，同樣的帕子還在那裡，沒有揭去。因為只有在基督裡，那帕子才能被除去。時至今日，每逢他們讀摩西律法的時候，帕子仍然蒙在他們心上。然而，他們一旦歸向基督，那帕子就被除去了。主就是那靈，主的靈在哪裡，哪裡就有自由。我們這些臉上不再蒙著帕子的人，可以像鏡子一樣反映主的榮光，漸漸變成主的樣式，榮上加榮。這都是主的作為，主就是那靈。

因為基督耶穌親自給我們帶來了和平，以自己的身體拆毀了以色列人和外族人之間充滿敵意的隔牆，使雙方合而為一，並廢除了以誡命和規條為內容的律法制度。祂這樣做是為了在自己裡面把雙方造成一個新人，成就和平，

當時，洗魯雅的三個兒子約押、亞比篩和亞撒黑都在場。亞撒黑跑得飛快如鹿，

如今我們好像對著鏡子觀看影像，模糊不清，但將來會看得真真切切。現在我所知道的有限，但將來會完全知道，如同主知道我一樣。

聖靈藉此指明，只要頭一個聖幕還在，進入至聖所的路就還沒有開啟。這件事是一個象徵，告訴現今的世代：所獻的禮物和祭物都不能使敬拜的人良心純全，

弟兄姊妹，耶穌已用寶血為我們開闢了一條又新又活的路，使我們可以穿過幔子，就是祂的身體，坦然進入至聖所。

我俯伏在他腳前要拜他，他卻說：「千萬不可！我和你並那些為耶穌做見證的弟兄姊妹同是上帝的奴僕。你要敬拜上帝，因為預言的真諦就是為耶穌做見證。」
