At the evening offering I arose up from my humiliation, even with my garment and my robe torn; and I fell on my knees, and spread out my hands to Yahweh my God;and I said,“ My God, I am ashamed and blush to lift up my face to you, my God; for our iniquities have increased over our head, and our guiltiness has grown up to the heavens.

You who dwell in the gardens, with friends in attendance, let me hear your voice!

I am dark, but lovely, you daughters of Jerusalem, like Kedar’s tents, like Solomon’s curtains.

Moreover he said,“ I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” Moses hid his face because he was afraid to look at God.

It will happen, while my glory passes by, that I will put you in a cleft of the rock, and will cover you with my hand until I have passed by;then I will take away my hand, and you will see my back; but my face shall not be seen.”

I was asleep, but my heart was awake. It is the voice of my beloved who knocks:“ Open to me, my sister, my love, my dove, my undefiled; for my head is filled with dew, and my hair with the dampness of the night.”

Yahweh said to him,“ Who made man’s mouth? Or who makes one mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Isn’t it I, Yahweh?Now therefore go, and I will be with your mouth, and teach you what you shall speak.”Moses said,“ Oh, Lord, please send someone else.”

You inhabitants of Moab, leave the cities, and dwell in the rock. Be like the dove that makes her nest over the mouth of the abyss.

Let’s therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace for help in time of need.

When the woman saw that she was not hidden, she came trembling, and falling down before him declared to him in the presence of all the people the reason why she had touched him, and how she was healed immediately.He said to her,“ Daughter, cheer up. Your faith has made you well. Go in peace.”

For Yahweh has comforted Zion. He has comforted all her waste places, and has made her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of Yahweh. Joy and gladness will be found in them, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.

My dove, my perfect one, is unique. She is her mother’s only daughter. She is the favorite one of her who bore her. The daughters saw her, and called her blessed. The queens and the concubines saw her, and they praised her.Who is she who looks out as the morning, beautiful as the moon, clear as the sun, and awesome as an army with banners?

“ Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.

If I had called, and he had answered me, yet I wouldn’t believe that he listened to my voice.

“ Lord, righteousness belongs to you, but to us confusion of face, as it is today; to the men of Judah, and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to all Israel, who are near, and who are far off, through all the countries where you have driven them, because of their trespass that they have trespassed against you.

Don’t deliver the soul of your dove to wild beasts. Don’t forget the life of your poor forever.

The sacrifice made by the wicked is an abomination to Yahweh, but the prayer of the upright is his delight.

After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude, which no man could count, out of every nation and of all tribes, peoples, and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands.They cried with a loud voice, saying,“ Salvation be to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!”

but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.

Now to him who is able to keep them from stumbling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory in great joy,

that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without defect.

Behold, you are beautiful, my love. Behold, you are beautiful. Your eyes are like doves.

As for your terror, the pride of your heart has deceived you, O you who dwell in the clefts of the rock, who hold the height of the hill, though you should make your nest as high as the eagle, I will bring you down from there,” says Yahweh.

The four living creatures, each one of them having six wings, are full of eyes around and within. They have no rest day and night, saying,“ Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God, the Almighty, who was and who is and who is to come!”When the living creatures give glory, honor, and thanks to him who sits on the throne, to him who lives forever and ever,the twenty- four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne, and worship him who lives forever and ever, and throw their crowns before the throne, saying,

“ Who are these who fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their windows?

Then I said,“ Woe is me! For I am undone, because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell among a people of unclean lips: for my eyes have seen the King, Yahweh of Armies!”

But you are holy, you who inhabit the praises of Israel.

Whoever offers the sacrifice of thanksgiving glorifies me, and prepares his way so that I will show God’s salvation to him.”

So the king will desire your beauty, honor him, for he is your lord.

If you don’t know, most beautiful among women, follow the tracks of the sheep. Graze your young goats beside the shepherds’ tents.

while you sleep among the camp fires, the wings of a dove sheathed with silver, her feathers with shining gold.

to go into the caverns of the rocks, and into the clefts of the ragged rocks, from before the terror of Yahweh, and from the glory of his majesty, when he arises to shake the earth mightily.

yet now he has reconciled in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and without defect and blameless before him,

Now when he had taken the book, the four living creatures and the twenty- four elders fell down before the Lamb, each one having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.

Jesus, when he was baptized, went up directly from the water: and behold, the heavens were opened to him. He saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove, and coming on him.

But those of those who escape, they will escape and will be on the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them moaning, everyone in his iniquity.

The pride of your heart has deceived you, you who dwell in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high, who says in his heart,‘ Who will bring me down to the ground?’

let’s draw near with a true heart in fullness of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and having our body washed with pure water,

Your people offer themselves willingly in the day of your power, in holy array. Out of the womb of the morning, you have the dew of your youth.

Offer to God the sacrifice of thanksgiving. Pay your vows to the Most High.Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me.”
