The fig tree forms its early fruit; the blossoming vines spread their fragrance. Arise, come, my darling; my beautiful one, come with me.”

他對我說：「我的愛人，起來吧！我的佳偶，跟我來！

在收割之前，在花已凋謝、葡萄將熟之時，耶和華必毀滅古實人，就像用刀削去葡萄樹的嫩枝，砍掉蔓延的枝條。

身為上帝的同工，我們勸你們不要辜負祂的恩典。因為祂說：「在悅納的時候，我應允了你；在拯救的日子，我幫助了你。」看啊，現在正是悅納的時候！看啊，現在正是拯救的日子！

他要長出嫩枝，他要像橄欖樹一樣榮美，如黎巴嫩的香柏樹一般芳香。

大地怎樣使嫩苗長出，園子怎樣使種子發芽，主耶和華必照樣使公義與頌讚在萬民中滋長。

所以我們現在是基督的大使，可以說上帝正藉著我們發出呼求。我們替基督懇求你們：要與上帝和好！

我的良人，來吧！讓我們到田間去，在村莊裡住宿吧。我們清晨去葡萄園，看看葡萄樹是否已經發芽開花，石榴樹是否正在開花。我要在那裡把我的愛情獻給你。那裡風茄飄香，門口有各樣上好的新陳美果。我的良人，這都是我為你存留的。

於是，耶穌說了一個比喻：「有人在葡萄園裡種了一棵無花果樹，他去樹那裡找果子，卻找不到。他對園丁說，『三年來，我一直盼望它結果子，它卻一個也沒結。把它砍了，免得白佔土地。』

說：「今天你若知道那能帶給你平安的事就好了！可惜這事現在是隱藏的，你看不見！

我要攀上這棵樹，握住樹上的果子。願你的胸脯像葡萄串，你的氣息如蘋果般清香。

雖然糧倉裡沒有種子，葡萄樹、無花果樹、石榴樹和橄欖樹沒結果子，但從今以後，我要賜福給你們。』」

雨雪從天降下，並不返回，而是要滋潤大地，使地上的植物發芽生長，叫播種的有種子，吃飯的有食糧。同樣，我口中所出的話也不會徒然返回，而是要成就我的旨意，實現我的計劃。

我下到核桃園中，要看看谷中嫩綠的植物，看看葡萄樹是否已發芽，石榴樹是否正在開花。

「你們可以從無花果樹學個道理。當無花果樹發芽長葉的時候，你們就知道夏天快來了。
