我心所愛者、爾牧羊於何所、亭午息之於何方、請以告我、我於爾同儔羣羊之側、何為如蒙面者乎、

維我良人、予所敬愛、予不欲與爾同儔為伍、以遨以遊、惟欲詣爾牧地、爾牧羊何所、至於日中、羊伏蔭下、又在何方、請以告我。

我心所愛者、請爾告我、爾於何所牧羊、亭午在何方使羊憩息、免我在爾同伴之群中、往來游行、

Tell me, you whom I love, where you graze your flock and where you rest your sheep at midday. Why should I be like a veiled woman beside the flocks of your friends?

“ King Solomon, I love you. So tell me where you take care of your flock. Tell me where you rest your sheep at noon. Why should I have to act like a prostitute near the flocks of your friends?”

Tell me, you whom my soul loves, where you pasture your flock, where you make it lie down at noon; for why should I be like one who veils herself beside the flocks of your companions?

Tell me, my love, where are you leading your flock today? Where will you rest your sheep at noon? For why should I wander like a prostitute among your friends and their flocks?

( TO HER BELOVED): Tell me, O you whom I love, Where you feed your flock, Where you make it rest at noon. For why should I be as one who veils herself By the flocks of your companions?

Tell me, O thou whom my soul loveth, Where thou feedest thy flock, Where thou makest it to rest at noon: For why should I be as one that is veiled Beside the flocks of thy companions?

Tell me, you, the one I love: Where do you pasture your sheep? Where do you let them rest at noon? Why should I be like one who veils herself beside the flocks of your companions?

Tell me, O thou whom my soul loveth, where thou feedest, where thou makest[ thy flock] to rest at noon: for why should I be as one that turneth aside by the flocks of thy companions?

Tell me, O you whom my heart loves, where do you pasture your sheep? Where do you rest your sheep during the midday heat? Tell me lest I wander around beside the flocks of your companions!

Tell me, you whom my soul loves, where you graze your flock, where you rest them at noon; for why should I be as one who is veiled beside the flocks of your companions?

In my bed at night I sought the one I love; I sought him, but did not find him.I will arise now and go about the city, through the streets and the plazas. I will seek the one I love. I sought him, but did not find him.The guards who go about the city found me. I asked them,“ Have you seen the one I love?”I had just passed them when I found the one I love. I held on to him and would not let him go until I brought him to my mother’s house— to the chamber of the one who conceived me.

The LORD is my shepherd; I have what I need.He lets me lie down in green pastures; he leads me beside quiet waters.

LORD, I call to you; my rock, do not be deaf to me. If you remain silent to me, I will be like those going down to the Pit.

It will never be inhabited or lived in from generation to generation; a nomad will not pitch his tent there, and shepherds will not let their flocks rest there.

I will sing about the one I love, a song about my loved one’s vineyard: The one I love had a vineyard on a very fertile hill.

He will stand and shepherd them in the strength of the LORD, in the majestic name of the LORD his God. They will live securely, for then his greatness will extend to the ends of the earth.

Though you have not seen him, you love him; though not seeing him now, you believe in him, and you rejoice with inexpressible and glorious joy,

I long for you in the night; yes, my spirit within me diligently seeks you, for when your judgments are in the land, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

So honor will come to you who believe; but for the unbelieving, The stone that the builders rejected— this one has become the cornerstone,

“ I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.

My love is fit and strong, notable among ten thousand.

He protects his flock like a shepherd; he gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them in the fold of his garment. He gently leads those that are nursing.

I love the LORD because he has heard my appeal for mercy.

Samuel replied,“ Don’t be afraid. Even though you have committed all this evil, don’t turn away from following the LORD. Instead, worship the LORD with all your heart.Don’t turn away to follow worthless things that can’t profit or rescue you; they are worthless.

“ I’m looking for my brothers,” Joseph said.“ Can you tell me where they are pasturing their flocks?”

I am my love’s and my love is mine; he feeds among the lilies.

His mouth is sweetness. He is absolutely desirable. This is my love, and this is my friend, young women of Jerusalem.

“ This is what the LORD of Armies says: In this desolate place— without people or animals — and in all its cities there will once more be a grazing land where shepherds may rest flocks.

Above all, put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity.And let the peace of Christ, to which you were also called in one body, rule your hearts. And be thankful.Let the word of Christ dwell richly among you, in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another through psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.Wives, submit yourselves to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.

You who dwell in the gardens, companions are listening for your voice; let me hear you!

The one who loves a father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; the one who loves a son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

Listen, Shepherd of Israel, who leads Joseph like a flock; you who sit enthroned between the cherubim, shine

He asked him the third time,“ Simon, son of John, do you love me?” Peter was grieved that he asked him the third time,“ Do you love me?” He said,“ Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you.”“ Feed my sheep,” Jesus said.

They went out from us, but they did not belong to us; for if they had belonged to us, they would have remained with us. However, they went out so that it might be made clear that none of them belongs to us.

For the Lamb who is at the center of the throne will shepherd them; he will guide them to springs of the waters of life, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.

Like an apricot tree among the trees of the forest, so is my love among the young men. I delight to sit in his shade, and his fruit is sweet to my taste.

Young women of Jerusalem, I charge you, if you find my love, tell him that I am lovesick.
