娜娥米说：“我的女儿啊，你就等着知道这事怎样成就吧！因为那个人今天不办成这事，绝不会罢休。”

婆婆說：「女兒啊，你只管安坐等候，看這事怎樣成就，因為那人今日不辦成這事必不休息。」

婆婆說：『我女兒啊，你只管坐着，等你知道這事究竟怎樣，因為那人今天不將這事辦成、他總不罷休的。』

娜娥米說：「我的女兒啊，你就等著知道這事怎樣成就吧！因為那個人今天不辦成這事，絕不會罷休。」

姑曰、我女歟、其安坐、以觀其事若何而成、蓋今日事苟未成、其人必不中止、

姑曰我女坐此、以觀其事若何、蓋斯人於今日、事苟不成、必不中止。

姑曰、我女安坐、以觀此事如何、蓋此人於今日若不成此事、必不中止、

Then Naomi said,“ Wait, my daughter, until you find out what happens. For the man will not rest until the matter is settled today.”

Naomi said,“ My daughter, sit down until you find out what happens. The man won’t rest until he settles the whole matter today.”

She replied,“ Wait, my daughter, until you learn how the matter turns out, for the man will not rest but will settle the matter today.”

Then Naomi said to her,“ Just be patient, my daughter, until we hear what happens. The man won’t rest until he has settled things today.”

Naomi said,“ My daughter, wait until you find out how things go, for he won’t rest unless he resolves this today.”

Then she said,“ Wait, my daughter, until you know how the matter turns out; for the man will not rest until he has settled it today.”

Then she said,“ Sit still, my daughter, until you know how the matter will turn out; for the man will not rest until he has concluded the matter this day.”

Then said she, Sit still, my daughter, until thou know how the matter will fall; for the man will not rest, until he have finished the thing this day.

Naomi said,“ My daughter, wait until you find out how things go, for he won’t rest unless he resolves this today.”

Then said she, Sit still, my daughter, until thou know how the matter will fall: for the man will not be in rest, until he have finished the thing this day.

Then Naomi said,“ Stay put, my daughter, until you know how the matter turns out. For the man will not rest until he has taken care of the matter today.”

Then she said,“ Wait, my daughter, until you know what will happen; for the man will not rest until he has settled this today.”
