我們知道凡從神生的就不犯罪，而且從神生的那一位也必保守他，連那惡者也不能碰他。

神在夢中對他說：“我也知道你作這事，是問心無愧的，所以我也阻止你，免得你得罪我。因此我不容許你接觸她。

無論誰因門徒的名，只把一杯涼水給這些微不足道的人中的一個喝，我實在告訴你們，他決不會得不到他的賞賜。”

凡是和別人的妻子通姦的，也是這樣；凡是親近她的，都必不免受罰。

關於你們信上所提的事:“男人不親近女人倒好”。

“不可傷害我的受膏者，也不可惡待我的先知。”

我的朋友啊！求你們憐憫我，憐憫我吧！因為神的手擊打了我。

那少女回答：“我主請喝。”就急忙把水瓶拿下來，托在手上給他喝。他喝足了，少女就說：“我也要為你的駱駝打水，直到牠們都喝足了。”於是急忙把水瓶裡的水倒在槽裡，又跑到井旁去打水，給他所有的駱駝打上水來。

有一個撒瑪利亞婦人來打水。耶穌對她說：“請給我水喝。”那時，他的門徒都進城買食物去了。撒瑪利亞婦人對耶穌說：“你是猶太人，怎麼向我，一個撒瑪利亞婦人要水喝呢？”（原來猶太人和撒瑪利亞人不相往來。）耶穌回答她：“你若知道神的恩賜，和對你說‘請給我水喝’的是誰，你必早已求他，他也必早把活水賜給你了。”婦人說：“先生，你沒有打水的器具，井又深，你從哪裡得活水呢？
