It is not as though God’s word had failed. For not all who are descended from Israel are Israel.

I do not mean that God’s word has failed. Not everyone in the family line of Israel really belongs to Israel.

But it is not as though the word of God has failed. For not all who are descended from Israel belong to Israel,

Well then, has God failed to fulfill his promise to Israel? No, for not all who are born into the nation of Israel are truly members of God’s people!

Now it is not as though the word of God has failed, because not all who are descended from Israel are Israel.

But it is not that the word of God has taken no effect. For they are not all Israel who are of Israel,

But it is not as though the word of God hath come to nought. For they are not all Israel, that are of Israel:

But it is not as though the word of God has failed. For not all who are descended from Israel are Israel.

Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they[ are] not all Israel, which are of Israel:

It is not as though the word of God had failed. For not all those who are descended from Israel are truly Israel,

But it is not as though the word of God has come to nothing. For they are not all Israel that are of Israel.

And all who will follow this rule, peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the Israel of God.

For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh.But he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is of the heart, by the Spirit, not by the letter; and his praise is not from people, but from God.

What then? If some did not believe, their unbelief will not nullify the faithfulness of God, will it?

Jesus saw Nathanael coming to Him, and* said of him,“ Here is truly an Israelite, in whom there is no deceit!”

God is not a man, that He would lie, Nor a son of man, that He would change His mind; Has He said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

and the father of circumcision to those who not only are of the circumcision, but who also follow in the steps of the faith of our father Abraham which he had while uncircumcised.For the promise to Abraham or to his descendants that he would be heir of the world was not through the Law, but through the righteousness of faith.For if those who are of the Law are heirs, then faith is made void and the promise is nullified;for the Law brings about wrath, but where there is no law, there also is no violation.For this reason it is by faith, in order that it may be in accordance with grace, so that the promise will be guaranteed to all the descendants, not only to those who are of the Law, but also to those who are of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all,

I say then, God has not rejected His people, has He? Far from it! For I too am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.God has not rejected His people whom He foreknew. Or do you not know what the Scripture says in the passage about Elijah, how he pleads with God against Israel?

If he called them gods, to whom the word of God came( and the Scripture cannot be nullified),

So will My word be which goes out of My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, Without accomplishing what I desire, And without succeeding in the purpose for which I sent it.

If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself.

Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away.

In the same way God, desiring even more to demonstrate to the heirs of the promise the fact that His purpose is unchangeable, confirmed it with an oath,so that by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have taken refuge would have strong encouragement to hold firmly to the hope set before us.
