倘吾能救兄弟骨肉之親、即絕基督、亦所願也、

蓋我為我兄弟骨肉之親、即見絕於基督、亦所願也、

倘能救我兄弟骨肉之親、則吾本人雖見絕於基督、亦所願也！

I am so concerned about my people, who are members of my own race. I am ready to be cursed, if that would help them. I am even willing to be separated from Christ.

For I could wish that I myself were accursed and cut off from Christ for the sake of my brothers, my kinsmen according to the flesh.

for my people, my Jewish brothers and sisters. I would be willing to be forever cursed— cut off from Christ!— if that would save them.

For I could wish that I myself were cursed and cut off from Christ for the benefit of my brothers and sisters, my own flesh and blood.

For I could wish that I myself were accursed, separated from Christ for the sake of my countrymen, my kinsmen according to the flesh,

For I could wish that I myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my countrymen according to the flesh,

For I could wish that I myself were anathema from Christ for my brethren’s sake, my kinsmen according to the flesh:

For I could almost wish to be cursed and cut off from the Messiah for the benefit of my brothers, my own flesh and blood.

For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh:

For I could wish that I myself were accursed– cut off from Christ– for the sake of my people, my fellow countrymen,

For I could wish that I myself were accursed from Christ for my brothers’ sake, my relatives according to the flesh

But now, please forgive their sin— but if not, then blot me out of the book you have written.”

But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s curse!

you must not leave the body hanging on the pole overnight. Be sure to bury it that same day, because anyone who is hung on a pole is under God’s curse. You must not desecrate the land the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance.

Therefore I want you to know that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says,“ Jesus be cursed,” and no one can say,“ Jesus is Lord,” except by the Holy Spirit.

If anyone does not love the Lord, let that person be cursed! Come, Lord!

in the hope that I may somehow arouse my own people to envy and save some of them.

I ask then: Did God reject his people? By no means! I am an Israelite myself, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin.

For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse, as it is written:“ Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.”

“ Fellow children of Abraham and you God- fearing Gentiles, it is to us that this message of salvation has been sent.

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written:“ Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole.”

Saul said,“ May God deal with me, be it ever so severely, if you do not die, Jonathan.”

He tried to reconcile them by saying,‘ Men, you are brothers; why do you want to hurt each other?’

Then Laban said to him,“ You are my own flesh and blood.” After Jacob had stayed with him for a whole month,

For how can I bear to see disaster fall on my people? How can I bear to see the destruction of my family?”

The city and all that is in it are to be devoted to the Lord. Only Rahab the prostitute and all who are with her in her house shall be spared, because she hid the spies we sent.But keep away from the devoted things, so that you will not bring about your own destruction by taking any of them. Otherwise you will make the camp of Israel liable to destruction and bring trouble on it.
