That’s why those who are still under the control of their sinful nature can never please God.

而且属肉体的人不能得神的喜欢。

属肉体的人无法使上帝喜悦。

属肉体的人无法使神喜悦。

所以受罪恶本性控制的人无法令上帝喜悦。

属肉体的人不能得神的喜悦。

并且，属肉体的人无法得到神的喜悦。

而且屬肉體的人不能得神的喜歡。

屬肉體的人無法使上帝喜悅。

屬肉體的人無法使神喜悅。

所以受罪惡本性控制的人無法令上帝喜悅。

屬肉體的人不能得神的喜悅。

在肉體裏生活的人總不能使上帝喜歡。

並且，屬肉體的人無法得到神的喜悅。

從形軀者、不能取悅乎上帝、

是不能悅於上帝者、從欲也、

故凡從肉體者、不能見悅於天主、

故凡體欲之情者、必不能取悅於天主也。

Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God.

Those who are under the power of sin can’t please God.

Those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

Those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

and those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

So then, those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

and they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

Those who are in the flesh cannot please God.

Those who are in the flesh can’t please God.

Jesus replied,“ I assure you, no one can enter the Kingdom of God without being born of water and the Spirit.Humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life.

It was by faith that Enoch was taken up to heaven without dying—“ he disappeared, because God took him.” For before he was taken up, he was known as a person who pleased God.And it is impossible to please God without faith. Anyone who wants to come to him must believe that God exists and that he rewards those who sincerely seek him.

But you are not controlled by your sinful nature. You are controlled by the Spirit if you have the Spirit of God living in you.( And remember that those who do not have the Spirit of Christ living in them do not belong to him at all.)

When we were controlled by our old nature, sinful desires were at work within us, and the law aroused these evil desires that produced a harvest of sinful deeds, resulting in death.

Jesus replied,“ I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.”

Then the way you live will always honor and please the Lord, and your lives will produce every kind of good fruit. All the while, you will grow as you learn to know God better and better.

may he equip you with all you need for doing his will. May he produce in you, through the power of Jesus Christ, every good thing that is pleasing to him. All glory to him forever and ever! Amen.

And the one who sent me is with me— he has not deserted me. For I always do what pleases him.”

I want you to be free from the concerns of this life. An unmarried man can spend his time doing the Lord’s work and thinking how to please him.

Finally, dear brothers and sisters, we urge you in the name of the Lord Jesus to live in a way that pleases God, as we have taught you. You live this way already, and we encourage you to do so even more.

At the moment I have all I need— and more! I am generously supplied with the gifts you sent me with Epaphroditus. They are a sweet smelling sacrifice that is acceptable and pleasing to God.

And don’t forget to do good and to share with those in need. These are the sacrifices that please God.

And a voice from heaven said,“ This is my dearly loved Son, who brings me great joy.”

Children, always obey your parents, for this pleases the Lord.
