基督这么做，是要藉着话语，用水的洗涤而洁净教会，使她分别为圣，为要给自己预备一个荣耀的教会，没有污渍、皱纹或任何这类的事，却要她成为圣洁、毫无瑕疵。

但如今，神在基督的血肉之躯上，藉着死使你们与他自己和好了，并且使你们站在他面前，是圣洁、毫无瑕疵、无可指责的。

在他们口中找不出虚假；他们是毫无瑕疵的。

来到了长子们的教会面前——他们的名字已经登记在天上；来到了神面前——他是万人的审判者；来到了义人的灵魂面前——他们得以完全；

那位独一的神能够保守你们不失足，并且使你们毫无瑕疵、怀着喜乐站在他的荣耀面前；

因此，那没有受割礼的人，如果遵守律法的公义规定，他虽然没有受割礼，难道不是算是受了割礼吗？
