我儕得救在望、既得所望、則不復望、以既得之、豈猶有望乎、

我们得救是在乎盼望；只是所见的盼望不是盼望，谁还盼望他所见的呢

夫我儕以望而得救、然既見之望、非望也、蓋既見之、孰猶望之乎、

我儕得救在望、既得所望、則不復望、人所已得者、豈猶望之乎、

蓋吾人之得救也、實有恃乎望德；然已見之望、非望也；夫人於目前之事、亦何所用其望乎？

For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have?

That’s the hope we had when we were saved. But hope that can be seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what they already have?

For in this hope we were saved. Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees?

We were given this hope when we were saved.( If we already have something, we don’t need to hope for it.

Now in this hope we were saved, but hope that is seen is not hope, because who hopes for what he sees?

For in hope we have been saved, but hope that is seen is not hope; for who hopes for what he already sees?

For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees?

For in hope were we saved: but hope that is seen is not hope: for who hopeth for that which he seeth?

信則所望若既得、未見而可憑、

我非憑目睹、第信主而行、

惟我為旦晝人、宜謹守、以仁信護厥胸、以望得救為兜鍪、

祝謝吾主耶穌基督之父上帝、因其鴻慈、甦耶穌基督、賜我重生、可望永生、

我所務者、非可見之事、乃不可見之事、蓋所見者暫、所不見者恆也、

上帝甦基督、不錫榮光、欲爾堅厥信、望上帝恩、

上帝真實無妄、既許之而復誓之、皆不可易、吾素避難、冀得所許之福、大可慰藉、我所望福、藏于幔內、猶心之有錨、鞏固不移、

凡賴雅各之上帝耶和華、蒙厥眷祐者、福祉孔多兮。

我今所享之恩、賴耶穌得之、而望上帝所賜之榮為喜、

爾雖俘囚、猶可懷望、必歸衛所、我今有言、必錫爾福較昔維倍、

懷望以喜、遭難以忍、祈禱以恆、

寅畏耶和華、望其矜憫者、必蒙垂顧兮、

而爾恆信、厚厥址基、堅立不移、不絕望於福音、此福音傳至天下萬人、我保羅為之執事、

令人希望者、上帝也、願爾信之、安樂充心、賴聖神之能、望益甚、

吾主耶穌基督、及吾父上帝、曾愛我儕、恆加慰藉、賜我儕托恩望福、

上帝欲示聖徒知奧妙之富有、即基督為榮顯之基、使爾異邦人知所仰望、

蓋上帝普救之恩、昭著有眾、教我棄諸不虔與私欲、生於斯世、必廉節、公義、敬虔、仰慕洪福、與赫赫上帝、吾救主耶穌基督之榮昭臨、

耶和華兮、願爾垂憐、副余仰望兮。

我儕賴聖神、望以信而稱義、

所存於今者、信也、望也、仁也、三者之中、仁為大、

昔先知預言爾所沾之恩、探索救道、夷考基督之神、牖先知衷、預明基督何時遘艱苦、何時受榮光、

素聽福音真道、仰望在天之福故也、

昔經所載、皆以訓我、因經言忍言慰、使我得望、

以我為恃者、望我拯救、綏祉繁多、

惡人行橫逆而見驅、義者雖死亡而有望。
