不但如此，就是我們這些首先受聖靈做初收果子的、也是自己心裏歎息，切候着被立為子，就是我們身體之得釋放。

不但如此，就是我们这有圣灵初结果子的，也是自己心里叹息，等候得着儿子的名分，乃是我们的身体得赎。

不但如此，就是我们这有圣灵作初熟果子的，也是自己内心呻吟，等候得着儿子的名分，就是我们的身体得救赎。

不但如此，就是我们这有圣灵作初熟果子的，也是自己内心呻吟，等候得着儿子的名分，就是我们的身体得救赎。

不但如此，就是我们这些首先得到圣灵的人也在心里叹息，热切等候得到儿子的名分，就是我们的身体得到救赎。

不但这样，连我们这些有圣灵作为初熟果子的人，自己也在内心叹息，热切期待成为嗣子，就是我们的身体得赎。

不仅如此，连我们这些有圣灵为初熟果子的人，也在自己里面呻吟叹息，热切等待得到儿子的名份，就是等待我们的身体得蒙救赎。

不僅如此，連我們這些有聖靈為初熟果子的人，也在自己裡面呻吟嘆息，熱切等待得到兒子的名份，就是等待我們的身體得蒙救贖。

不第此也、我儕獲聖神之初實者、亦中心太息、以俟得成為子、即我身之贖焉、

不第此、我儕初得聖神者、亦心歎望眾子之顯、吾身之贖焉、

不第此也、即我儕已得聖神之初果者、中心自歎、望得義子之位、即我身之贖也、

不惟萬物為然、即在新受聖神妙果之吾人、亦莫不呻吟嘆息於心靈深處、而以如飢若渴之情緒、期待兒女身分之完成、即肉身之被贖是已。

Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies.

And that’s not all. We have the Holy Spirit as the promise of future blessing. But we also groan inside ourselves. We do this as we look forward to the time when God adopts us as full members of his family. Then he will give us everything he has for us. He will raise our bodies and give glory to them.

And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.

And we believers also groan, even though we have the Holy Spirit within us as a foretaste of future glory, for we long for our bodies to be released from sin and suffering. We, too, wait with eager hope for the day when God will give us our full rights as his adopted children, including the new bodies he has promised us.

Not only that, but we ourselves who have the Spirit as the firstfruits— we also groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for adoption, the redemption of our bodies.

And not only that, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons and daughters, the redemption of our body.

Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body.

And not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first- fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for our adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

And not only that, but we ourselves who have the Spirit as the firstfruits— we also groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for adoption, the redemption of our bodies.

And not only[ they], but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption,[ to wit], the redemption of our body.

Not only this, but we ourselves also, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we eagerly await our adoption, the redemption of our bodies.

Not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for adoption, the redemption of our body.

基督也這樣；基督也是只有一次之被供獻、來擔當許多人的罪。將來還要顯現個第二次、卻是與罪無關，是要向切候着他的人施拯救的。

被創造之物熱切等候着上帝兒子們之顯示出來。

聖靈是我們得嗣業的質定，直等到做上帝產業的得贖放，使他的榮耀得稱讚。

慘苦啊，我這個人！誰能援救我脫離這有死掌權的身體呢？

但我們呢、我們的國藉本在天上，我們還切候着拯救者主耶穌基督從那裏來呢。他既有大能力叫萬有順服於自己，就必按那大能力之運用、將我們這卑賤之身體改變了形狀、跟他榮耀之身體同形質。

我們在這帳篷裏呻吟歎息，切慕我們屬天的住所、多給我們穿上一件；如果真地穿上，就不至於赤着身子了。我們在這帳篷裏的人呻吟歎息，背負重擔，並非意願脫下，乃是願意多穿上一件，好叫這能死的給生命所吞滅。那造就我們以應此變化的乃是上帝；他先將聖靈做質定賜給我們。

我們是靠着靈、本着信、切候着所盼望之稱義的。

因為在我看，活着就是基督，死去也是贏得。但若繼續在肉身活着呢，這能讓我多結工作的果子；那我要怎樣選擇呢、我也不曉得。我被困迫於兩難之間，一方面切願着撤離世間、去和基督同在，那更好得多；

他們也不能再死；乃是和天使一樣；既是復活了的人，就是上帝的兒子了。

這些事一開始，你們就該挺身昂首，因為你們得贖放的時候近了。』

你們並不是領受了奴役之靈，以致重陷於懼怕；你們乃是領受了被立為子的靈；憑着這樣的靈、我們來呼叫：「阿爸！父啊！」的。聖靈自己、和我們的靈一同作證我們乃是上帝的兒女。

但我們若盼望所未看見的，就必堅忍切候着。照樣，聖靈也在我們的軟弱中幫助我們。我們不曉得要怎樣照所應該禱告的來禱告，聖靈卻親自用說不出來的歎息來代替懇求。

期待着帶福樂的盼望之實現，就是我們的至大上帝、救主基督耶穌、的榮耀之顯現。

這是要叫你們的信心被試驗為及格的、比那經火試驗還能銷滅的金子更寶貴得多多的、可以在耶穌基督顯示之時見為蒙受稱讚榮耀和尊重的。

別叫上帝的聖靈擔憂了；你們是受他的印記作質定、以待得贖放之日子的。

盼望是令人不失望的；因為上帝的愛、藉着所賜給我們、的聖靈、傾注於我們心裏。

（光的果子是在於一切的良善、正義、和真誠）。

至於靈之果子呢、就是愛、喜樂、和平、恆忍、慈惠、良善、忠信、柔和、節制：這樣的事、沒有律法能禁止。

雖然如此，我們的身體卻一點鬆息也沒有；就是到了馬其頓、還是這樣；相反的，我們倒凡事遭遇困難；外有衝突，內有憂懼。

此後就有正義之華冠為我保留着，就是主、公義的審判者、在那日要賞報我的，不但賞給我，也賞給一切愛慕他顯現的人。
