不但这样，连我们这些有圣灵作为初熟果子的人，自己也在内心叹息，热切期待成为嗣子，就是我们的身体得赎。

不仅如此，连我们这些有圣灵为初熟果子的人，也在自己里面呻吟叹息，热切等待得到儿子的名份，就是等待我们的身体得蒙救赎。

不但如此，就是我們這有聖靈初結果子的，也是自己心裏歎息，等候得着兒子的名分，乃是我們的身體得贖。

不但如此，就是我們這些首先受聖靈做初收果子的、也是自己心裏歎息，切候着被立為子，就是我們身體之得釋放。

不僅如此，連我們這些有聖靈為初熟果子的人，也在自己裡面呻吟嘆息，熱切等待得到兒子的名份，就是等待我們的身體得蒙救贖。

不第此也、我儕獲聖神之初實者、亦中心太息、以俟得成為子、即我身之贖焉、

不第此、我儕初得聖神者、亦心歎望眾子之顯、吾身之贖焉、

不第此也、即我儕已得聖神之初果者、中心自歎、望得義子之位、即我身之贖也、

不惟萬物為然、即在新受聖神妙果之吾人、亦莫不呻吟嘆息於心靈深處、而以如飢若渴之情緒、期待兒女身分之完成、即肉身之被贖是已。

Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies.

And that’s not all. We have the Holy Spirit as the promise of future blessing. But we also groan inside ourselves. We do this as we look forward to the time when God adopts us as full members of his family. Then he will give us everything he has for us. He will raise our bodies and give glory to them.

And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.

And we believers also groan, even though we have the Holy Spirit within us as a foretaste of future glory, for we long for our bodies to be released from sin and suffering. We, too, wait with eager hope for the day when God will give us our full rights as his adopted children, including the new bodies he has promised us.

Not only that, but we ourselves who have the Spirit as the firstfruits— we also groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for adoption, the redemption of our bodies.

And not only that, but also we ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons and daughters, the redemption of our body.

Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body.

And not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first- fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for our adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

And not only that, but we ourselves who have the Spirit as the firstfruits— we also groan within ourselves, eagerly waiting for adoption, the redemption of our bodies.

And not only[ they], but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption,[ to wit], the redemption of our body.

Not only this, but we ourselves also, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we eagerly await our adoption, the redemption of our bodies.

Not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for adoption, the redemption of our body.

同样，基督为了承担世人的罪，也曾一次献上自己。祂还要再来，不是来除罪，而是来拯救那些热切等候祂的人。

受造之物正热切等候上帝众子的显现，

圣灵是我们领受产业的担保，直到上帝的子民得到救赎，使祂的荣耀受到颂赞。

我真是苦啊！谁能救我脱离这个被死亡控制的身体呢？

我们却是天上的国民，殷切等候从天降临的救主，就是主耶稣基督。那时，祂要以降服万物的大能将我们这卑贱的躯体改变成像祂那样荣耀的身体。

我们在这地上的“帐篷”里叹息，渴望早日迁进那天上的“房屋”，好像更换衣服一样。我们一旦穿上新衣，就不会赤身露体了。我们在这“帐篷”里劳苦叹息，并非想脱去这地上的身体，而是切望能穿上那天上的新身体，让永恒的生命吞灭必朽的身体。是上帝为此目的预备了我们，并赐给了我们圣灵作担保。

但我们要靠着圣灵，凭信心热切等候所盼望的义。

因为对我来说，活着是为了基督，死了也有益处。如果活在世上，我可以做工，多结果子。我真不知道该怎么选择！我处在两难之间。我情愿离开世界，与基督在一起，那实在是再好不过了。

就像天使一样永远不会死。他们既然从死里复活，就是上帝的儿女。

当这些事发生时，你们要昂首挺胸，因为你们蒙救赎的日子近了。”

你们接受的圣灵不是使你们做奴隶，仍旧害怕，而是使你们做儿子，可以称上帝为“阿爸，父亲”。圣灵亲自与我们的心一同见证我们是上帝的儿女。

但我们若盼望那尚未看见的，就会忍耐等候。况且，我们软弱的时候，有圣灵帮助我们。我们本来不知道怎样祷告，但圣灵亲自用说不出来的叹息替我们祈祷。

怀着美好的盼望等候耶稣基督——我们伟大的上帝和救主的荣耀显现。

这样，你们的信心经过试验便显明是真实的，比那经过火炼仍会坏掉的金子更加宝贵，使你们可以在耶稣基督显现时得到称赞、荣耀和尊贵。

不要让上帝的圣灵担忧，你们已经盖上了圣灵的印记，将来必蒙救赎。

这种盼望不会落空，因为上帝的爱借着所赐给我们的圣灵已倾注在我们心中。

光明总是结出良善、公义和真理的果子。

但圣灵所结的果子是仁爱、喜乐、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信实、温柔、节制。没有律法会禁止这些事。

我们到马其顿的时候，身心无法安歇，面临着重重患难，外有冲突，内有恐惧。

从此，有公义的冠冕为我预备，按公义审判的主会在祂来的那一天把它赐给我，不但会赐给我，也会赐给所有爱慕祂显现的人。
