今於素所縛我之律、既脫之若死、致我之奉事、不以文之舊、而以神之新矣、○

今既脫繩我之法、得服事主、非藉虛文于疇昔、乃感聖神而維新、

今則得釋於律法、蓋繫我者、我已脫之若死、使我儕事主不以文之舊者、乃以神之新者、

今則吾人既死於曩時所受之束縛乃得灑然脫於律法之權下；是宜以自由自在之精神、昭事天主、不當再拘泥於文字之陳跡矣。

But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.

But now we have died to what used to control us. We have been set free from the law. Now we serve in the new way of the Holy Spirit. We no longer serve in the old way of the written law.

But now we are released from the law, having died to that which held us captive, so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit and not in the old way of the written code.

But now we have been released from the law, for we died to it and are no longer captive to its power. Now we can serve God, not in the old way of obeying the letter of the law, but in the new way of living in the Spirit.

這樣，我的弟兄們，你們藉著基督的身體，對律法來說也已經死了，使你們歸屬另一位，就是那從死人中復活的，為的是要我們結果子給神。

所以我們藉著洗禮歸入死，與他同葬，為的是要我們過新生命的生活，像基督藉著父的榮耀從死人中復活一樣。

但信的道理還沒有來到以前，我們在律法下被囚禁、被圍困，直到那要來的信的道理顯明出來。這樣，律法成了我們的啟蒙教師，領我們到基督那裡，使我們可以因信稱義。但信的道理既然來到，我們就不再在啟蒙教師之下了。

他使我們有資格作新約的僕役，這新約不是從儀文來的，而是從聖靈來的；因為儀文會使人死，而聖靈卻使人活。

我藉著律法已經向律法死了，使我可以向神活著。我已經與基督同釘十字架；現在活著的，不再是我，而是基督活在我裡面；如今在肉身中活著的我，是因信神的兒子而活的；他愛我，為我捨己。

但到了時機成熟，神就差遣他的兒子，由女人所生，而且生在律法之下，要把律法之下的人救贖出來，好讓我們得著嗣子的名分。

罪必不能轄制你們，因為你們不是在律法之下，而是在恩典之下。那卻怎麼樣呢？我們不在律法之下，而在恩典之下，就可以犯罪嗎？絕對不可！

穿上了新人。這新人照著他的創造者的形象漸漸更新，能夠充分認識主。

基督替我們受了咒詛，就救贖我們脫離了律法的咒詛，因為經上記著：“凡掛在木頭上的，都是受咒詛的。”

現在你們既然從罪裡得了釋放，作了神的奴僕，就有成聖的果子，那結局就是永生。

你們也應當這樣，向罪算自己是死的，在基督耶穌裡，向神卻是活的。

那本來沒有受割禮卻遵守律法的人，就要審判你這有儀文和割禮而犯律法的人。因為表面上作猶太人的並不是猶太人，在肉身上表面的割禮也不是割禮。唯有在內心作猶太人的才是猶太人；割禮也是心裡的，是靠著聖靈而不是靠著儀文。這樣的人所受的稱讚，不是從人來的，而是從神來的。

弟兄們，我對懂得律法的人說，你們不曉得律法管轄人，是在他活著的期間嗎？

如果有人在基督裡，他就是新造的人，舊事已經過去，你看，都變成新的了！

我在傳揚他兒子福音的事上，用心靈事奉的神，可以作證我是怎樣不斷地記念你們，

不要模仿這個世代，倒要藉著心意的更新而改變過來，使你們可以察驗出甚麼是神的旨意，就是察驗出甚麼是美好的、蒙他悅納的和完全的事。

絕對不可！我們向罪死了的人，怎麼可以仍然活在罪中呢？

“我要把一顆心賜給他們，把新的靈放在他們裡面；我要從他們肉體中除掉石心，賜給他們肉心，

“‘我必把新心賜給你們，把新靈放在你們裡面；我必從你們的肉體中除去石心，把肉心賜給你們。

因為你們肉體的弱點，我就按一般人的話來說，你們從前怎樣把你們的肢體獻給不潔和不法作奴僕，以致於不法，現在也要照樣把你們的肢體獻給義作奴僕，以致於成聖。

受割禮或不受割禮，都算不得甚麼，要緊的是作新造的人。

其實我們這些靠神的靈來敬拜，在基督耶穌裡誇口而不倚靠肉體的人，才是受割禮的，
