今則得釋於律法、蓋繫我者、我已脫之若死、使我儕事主不以文之舊者、乃以神之新者、

今則吾人既死於曩時所受之束縛乃得灑然脫於律法之權下；是宜以自由自在之精神、昭事天主、不當再拘泥於文字之陳跡矣。

But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code.

But now we have died to what used to control us. We have been set free from the law. Now we serve in the new way of the Holy Spirit. We no longer serve in the old way of the written law.

But now we are released from the law, having died to that which held us captive, so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit and not in the old way of the written code.

But now we have been released from the law, for we died to it and are no longer captive to its power. Now we can serve God, not in the old way of obeying the letter of the law, but in the new way of living in the Spirit.

这样，我的弟兄们，你们藉着基督的身体，对律法来说也已经死了，使你们归属另一位，就是那从死人中复活的，为的是要我们结果子给神。

所以我们藉着洗礼归入死，与他同葬，为的是要我们过新生命的生活，像基督藉着父的荣耀从死人中复活一样。

但信的道理还没有来到以前，我们在律法下被囚禁、被围困，直到那要来的信的道理显明出来。这样，律法成了我们的启蒙教师，领我们到基督那里，使我们可以因信称义。但信的道理既然来到，我们就不再在启蒙教师之下了。

他使我们有资格作新约的仆役，这新约不是从仪文来的，而是从圣灵来的；因为仪文会使人死，而圣灵却使人活。

我藉着律法已经向律法死了，使我可以向神活着。我已经与基督同钉十字架；现在活着的，不再是我，而是基督活在我里面；如今在肉身中活着的我，是因信神的儿子而活的；他爱我，为我舍己。

但到了时机成熟，神就差遣他的儿子，由女人所生，而且生在律法之下，要把律法之下的人救赎出来，好让我们得着嗣子的名分。

罪必不能辖制你们，因为你们不是在律法之下，而是在恩典之下。那却怎么样呢？我们不在律法之下，而在恩典之下，就可以犯罪吗？绝对不可！

穿上了新人。这新人照着他的创造者的形象渐渐更新，能够充分认识主。

基督替我们受了咒诅，就救赎我们脱离了律法的咒诅，因为经上记着：“凡挂在木头上的，都是受咒诅的。”

现在你们既然从罪里得了释放，作了神的奴仆，就有成圣的果子，那结局就是永生。

你们也应当这样，向罪算自己是死的，在基督耶稣里，向神却是活的。

那本来没有受割礼却遵守律法的人，就要审判你这有仪文和割礼而犯律法的人。因为表面上作犹太人的并不是犹太人，在肉身上表面的割礼也不是割礼。唯有在内心作犹太人的才是犹太人；割礼也是心里的，是靠着圣灵而不是靠着仪文。这样的人所受的称赞，不是从人来的，而是从神来的。

弟兄们，我对懂得律法的人说，你们不晓得律法管辖人，是在他活着的期间吗？

如果有人在基督里，他就是新造的人，旧事已经过去，你看，都变成新的了！

我在传扬他儿子福音的事上，用心灵事奉的神，可以作证我是怎样不断地记念你们，

不要模仿这个世代，倒要藉着心意的更新而改变过来，使你们可以察验出什么是神的旨意，就是察验出什么是美好的、蒙他悦纳的和完全的事。

绝对不可！我们向罪死了的人，怎么可以仍然活在罪中呢？

“我要把一颗心赐给他们，把新的灵放在他们里面；我要从他们肉体中除掉石心，赐给他们肉心，

“‘我必把新心赐给你们，把新灵放在你们里面；我必从你们的肉体中除去石心，把肉心赐给你们。

因为你们肉体的弱点，我就按一般人的话来说，你们从前怎样把你们的肢体献给不洁和不法作奴仆，以致于不法，现在也要照样把你们的肢体献给义作奴仆，以致于成圣。

受割礼或不受割礼，都算不得什么，要紧的是作新造的人。

其实我们这些靠神的灵来敬拜，在基督耶稣里夸口而不倚靠肉体的人，才是受割礼的，
