所以丈夫还活着，她若跟了别的男人，就叫淫妇；丈夫若死了，她就脱离了律法，虽然跟了别的男人，也不是淫妇。

由此可见，丈夫还活着的时候，她如果归向别的男人，就被称为淫妇；但如果丈夫死了，她就脱离那律法得了自由，即使归向别的男人，也不是淫妇。

是以夫在而他適者、謂之淫婦、夫死則見釋於律、雖他適不為淫、

夫在而他從、是謂淫婦、夫死則脫夫法、雖他從、不為淫、

夫在而從他人、是謂淫婦、夫死則釋於此法、雖從他人、不為淫婦、

其夫存而改適者、是謂不貞。若夫既死、則無復法律之拘束、雖再嫁亦不為失貞。

So then, if she has sexual relations with another man while her husband is still alive, she is called an adulteress. But if her husband dies, she is released from that law and is not an adulteress if she marries another man.

But suppose that married woman sleeps with another man while her husband is still alive. Then she is called a woman who commits adultery. But suppose her husband dies. Then she is free from that law. She is not guilty of adultery if she marries another man.

Accordingly, she will be called an adulteress if she lives with another man while her husband is alive. But if her husband dies, she is free from that law, and if she marries another man she is not an adulteress.

So while her husband is alive, she would be committing adultery if she married another man. But if her husband dies, she is free from that law and does not commit adultery when she remarries.

So then, if she is married to another man while her husband is living, she will be called an adulteress. But if her husband dies, she is free from that law. Then, if she is married to another man, she is not an adulteress.

So then, if while her husband is alive she gives herself to another man, she will be called an adulteress; but if her husband dies, she is free from the law, so that she is not an adulteress if she gives herself to another man.

So then if, while her husband lives, she marries another man, she will be called an adulteress; but if her husband dies, she is free from that law, so that she is no adulteress, though she has married another man.

So then if, while the husband liveth, she be joined to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if the husband die, she is free from the law, so that she is no adulteress, though she be joined to another man.

So then, if she gives herself to another man while her husband is living, she will be called an adulteress. But if her husband dies, she is free from that law. Then, if she gives herself to another man, she is not an adulteress.

So then if, while[ her] husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man.

So then, if she is joined to another man while her husband is alive, she will be called an adulteress. But if her husband dies, she is free from that law, and if she is joined to another man, she is not an adulteress.

So then if, while the husband lives, she is joined to another man, she would be called an adulteress. But if the husband dies, she is free from the law, so that she is no adulteress, though she is joined to another man.

“不可奸淫。

但是我告诉你们：凡休妻的，除非是因不贞的缘故，否则就是使她犯奸淫了；人若娶被休的妇人，也是犯奸淫了。”

但从起初创造的时候，上帝造人是造男造女。因此，人要离开他的父母，与妻子结合，二人成为一体。既然如此，夫妻不再是两个人，而是一体的了。所以，上帝配合的，人不可分开。”他们到了屋里，门徒又问他这事。耶稣对他们说：“凡休妻另娶的，就是犯奸淫，辜负他的妻子；妻子若离弃丈夫另嫁，也是犯奸淫了。”

“若发现有人与有夫之妇同寝，就要将奸夫淫妇一起处死。这样，你就把恶从以色列中除掉。“若一女子是处女，已经许配了人，有男子在城里遇见她，与她同寝，你们就要把这二人带到那城的城门口，用石头打死他们。处死女子是因为她虽然在城里，却没有喊叫；处死男子是因为他玷污了邻舍的妻子。这样，你就把恶从你中间除掉。

文士和法利赛人带着一个犯奸淫时被捉的女人来，叫她站在当中，然后对耶稣说：“老师，这女人是正在犯奸淫的时候被捉到的。摩西在律法书上命令我们把这样的女人用石头打死。那么，你怎么说呢？”

大卫听见拿八死了，就说：“耶和华是应当称颂的，因为我从拿八手中受了羞辱，他为我伸冤，又阻止他的仆人行恶；耶和华使拿八的恶归到他自己头上。”于是大卫派人去向亚比该说，要娶她为妻。大卫的仆人来到迦密，到亚比该那里，对她说：“大卫派我们到你这里，要娶你作他的妻子。”亚比该起来叩拜，俯伏在地，说：“看哪，你的使女情愿作婢女，为我主的仆人洗脚。”亚比该立刻起身，骑上驴，五个女仆跟着她走。她跟从大卫的使者去，就作了大卫的妻子。

路得说：“我主啊，愿我在你眼前蒙恩。我虽然不及你的一个婢女，你还安慰我，对你的婢女说关心的话。”

有人与她同寝交合，这事瞒过她的丈夫，没有被发现；她玷污自己，没有证人指控她，也没有被捉住；丈夫若生了疑忌的心，对妻子起了疑忌，认为她玷污自己；或是丈夫生了疑忌的心，对妻子起了疑忌，虽然她没有玷污自己，这人要带妻子到祭司那里，同时为她带十分之一伊法大麦面粉作供物。不可浇上油，也不可加乳香，因为这是疑忌的素祭，是纪念的素祭，使人记得罪孽。“祭司要使那妇人近前来，站在耶和华面前。祭司要把圣水盛在瓦器里，从帐幕的地上取些尘土，放在水中。祭司要带那妇人站在耶和华面前，使她蓬头散发，再把纪念的素祭，就是疑忌的素祭，放在她的手掌，祭司手里捧着致诅咒的苦水。祭司要叫妇人起誓，对她说：‘若没有人与你同寝，若你未曾背着丈夫做污秽的事，你就能免去这致诅咒的苦水。但你背着丈夫，玷污自己，跟丈夫以外的人同寝。’祭司叫妇人赌咒起誓，祭司对她说：‘当耶和华使你大腿萎缩，肚腹肿胀时，愿耶和华使你在你百姓中成为诅咒和咒骂；愿这致诅咒的水进入你体内，使你肚腹肿胀，大腿萎缩。’妇人要说：‘阿们，阿们。’“祭司要把这诅咒写在册上，然后用苦水涂去，又叫妇人喝这致诅咒的苦水，这诅咒的水要进入她里面，令她痛苦。祭司要从妇人手中取那疑忌的素祭，把素祭在耶和华面前摇一摇，拿到祭坛前；又要从素祭中取出一把，作为纪念，烧在坛上，然后叫妇人喝这水。祭司叫她喝了以后，她若玷污自己，确实对丈夫不贞，这致诅咒的水必进入她里面，令她痛苦，她的肚腹就要肿胀起来，大腿萎缩；这妇人就在她百姓中成为诅咒。这妇人若没有玷污自己，是贞洁的，就要免受这灾，并且能够生育。“这是疑忌的条例。妻子背离丈夫玷污自己，或是丈夫生了疑忌的心，对妻子起了疑忌，祭司要使那妇人站在耶和华面前，在她身上照这条例而行。男人可免罪责；女人必须担当自己的罪孽。”

至于年轻的寡妇，你要拒绝登记，因为她们情欲冲动、背弃基督的时候，就想嫁人，她们因废弃了当初所许的愿而被定罪。同时，她们又学了懒惰，习惯于挨家闲逛；不但懒惰，而且说长道短，好管闲事，说些不该说的话。所以，我希望年轻的寡妇嫁人，生养儿女，治理家务，不让敌人有辱骂的把柄，

“凡与有夫之妇行奸淫，就是与邻舍的妻子行奸淫的，奸夫淫妇必被处死。
