然吾又見一法、寓吾肢體之中、與吾心之法、恆相對敵、而囚吾於肢體之罪孽法中。

but I see another law at work in me, waging war against the law of my mind and making me a prisoner of the law of sin at work within me.

But I see another law working in me. It fights against the law of my mind. It makes me a prisoner of the law of sin. That law controls me.

but I see in my members another law waging war against the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin that dwells in my members.

But there is another power within me that is at war with my mind. This power makes me a slave to the sin that is still within me.

but I see a different law in the parts of my body, waging war against the law of my mind and taking me prisoner to the law of sin in the parts of my body.

因为人罪恶本性的私欲与圣灵作对，圣灵也与罪恶本性的私欲作对，两者势不两立，使你们不能做自己想做的事。

你们彼此冲突、互相斗殴的起因是什么呢？不就是你们身体中不断交战的欲望吗？

因为赐人生命之圣灵的律已经在基督耶稣里使我获得自由，脱离了罪与死的律。

亲爱的弟兄姊妹，你们是客旅，是寄居的，我劝你们要禁戒与灵魂为敌的邪情私欲。

感谢上帝，祂借着我们的主耶稣基督救了我！这样看来，我的内心服从上帝的律法，但我罪恶的本性却服从犯罪的律。

因为你们有人性的软弱，我就从人的立场向你们解释。以前你们将身体献给肮脏不法的事，任其奴役，助长不法。现在你们要将身体奉献给义，为义效劳，成为圣洁的人。

求你救我脱离牢笼，好让我赞美你。因为你恩待我，义人必聚集在我周围。

因此，我发现一个律：我想行善的时候，恶就不放过我。

也不要将你们的身体献给罪作不义的工具，而是要像一个从死里复活的人将自己奉献给上帝，把身体献给上帝作义的工具。

诚然，在地上无法找到一个一生行善、从未犯罪的义人。

从前我们受自己罪恶本性的控制，因律法而激发的罪恶欲望在我们身上发作，以致结出死亡的果子。

其实你们与罪恶搏斗，还没有抵挡到流血的地步。

我们知道律法是属灵的，我却属乎肉体，已经卖给罪做奴隶了。

要温柔地规劝那些反对我们的人，也许上帝会赐给他们悔改的心，使他们明白真理，让他们这些被魔鬼掳去、受其摆布的人能够醒悟过来，脱离魔鬼的网罗。

但你这属上帝的人要远避这些事，要追求公义、敬虔、信心、爱心、忍耐和温柔，要为真道打美好的仗，要持定永生。你是为永生蒙召的，并在许多见证人面前做过美好的见证。

因为我们在许多方面难免有过失。如果谁在言语上没有过失，他就是纯全的人，也能在各方面保持自制。
