蓋吾人既克肖其死、亦宜克肖其復活也。

我们若在他死的形状上与他联合，也要在他复活的形状上与他联合；

我们若与他合一，经历与他一样的死，也将经历与他一样的复活。

我们若与他合一，经历与他一样的死，也将经历与他一样的复活。

如果我们和基督一同死了，也必和祂一同复活。

我们若在他死的样式上与他联合，也要在他复活的样式上与他联合。

就是说，如果我们在基督死的样式上与他联合，也将要在他复活的形式上与他联合。

我們若在他死的形狀上與他聯合，也要在他復活的形狀上與他聯合；

我們若與他合一，經歷與他一樣的死，也將經歷與他一樣的復活。

我們若與他合一，經歷與他一樣的死，也將經歷與他一樣的復活。

如果我們和基督一同死了，也必和祂一同復活。

我們若在他死的樣式上與他聯合，也要在他復活的樣式上與他聯合。

我們若藉着他死的樣子得以接種在他身上，也必藉着他復活的樣子而得接種。

就是說，如果我們在基督死的樣式上與他聯合，也將要在他復活的形式上與他聯合。

蓋我儕若於其死狀與之聯合、則將於其復起也亦然、

然我儕效其死、亦將效其生、

我儕若效其死狀、亦必效其復活、

For if we have been united with him in a death like his, we will certainly also be united with him in a resurrection like his.

By being baptized, we have been joined with him in a death like his. So we will certainly also be joined with him in a resurrection like his.

予渴欲識之更深、而親領其復活之力量、且與之共受苦難追踵其死、俾成自死者中復活之望。

恆體耶穌之死、亦欲體耶穌之生也。

今爾既因基督之復活、而得新生、則宜力求上達、仰望位於天主右手之基督、

蓋爾等受洗時、實已與之同葬、且因信賴復活基督者天主之神力、而與之同復活矣。

耶穌對曰：『凡非我天父所植之樹、終必見拔、聽之可也。

顧吾人既與基督同死亦必與之同生；此則吾人所深信而不疑者。且知基督既自死者中復活、則斷無復死之理、而死亦不復能為之主矣。其死也乃一時為贖罪而死；其生也則永久為天主而生。是故爾等亦當思所以仰體耶穌基督、死於罪而活於天主。毋使罪孽乘權於爾必死之肉身、以致縱情恣慾；

緣基督之偉功、拔吾人於罪中、起吾人於已死、俾吾人得與基督同享生命；且天主實已賜吾人托基督而復活、托基督而位於諸天之上矣。

吾乃葡萄真樹、而吾父則圃主也。枝之在我、而不結實者、彼則截之；其結實者、彼則裁之、使結實彌茂。今爾已因吾所授之道、而見裁成矣、尚望恆寓吾內、俾吾亦得恆寓爾內。枝脫樹不能結實；爾離我、亦無以結實。吾為樹身、爾為樹枝。凡寓乎吾身、而有我寓乎其衷者、必結實繁多。離乎吾、爾將一無所能。人而不寓吾內、則如枝之被棄而槁、人將拾之、舉以供爨矣。爾若恆與吾俱、而吾道恆存乎爾、則爾凡有所求、必得如願以償。爾等能有賁其實、則不愧為吾徒、而吾父之光榮、即在斯矣！

剴切語汝、一粒麥種、設非落地而化、
