You have been set free from sin and have become slaves to righteousness.

and, having been set free from sin, have become slaves of righteousness.

Now you are free from your slavery to sin, and you have become slaves to righteous living.

because the Spirit’s law of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.

Were you called while a slave? It should not be a concern to you. But if you can become free, by all means take the opportunity.For he who is called by the Lord as a slave is the Lord’s freedman. Likewise he who is called as a free man is Christ’s slave.

Christ has liberated us to be free. Stand firm then and don’t submit again to a yoke of slavery.

since a person who has died is freed from sin’s claims.

For sin will not rule over you, because you are not under law but under grace.

I will walk freely in an open place because I seek Your precepts.

Yahweh our God, lords other than You have ruled over us, but we remember Your name alone.

I am using a human analogy because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you offered the parts of yourselves as slaves to moral impurity, and to greater and greater lawlessness, so now offer them as slaves to righteousness, which results in sanctification.For when you were slaves of sin, you were free from allegiance to righteousness.

since we have been rescued from our enemies’ clutches, to serve Him without fearin holiness and righteousness in His presence all our days.

No weapon formed against you will succeed, and you will refute any accusation raised against you in court. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is from Me.” This is the Lord’s declaration.

I pursue the way of Your commands, for You broaden my understanding.

As God’s slaves, live as free people, but don’t use your freedom as a way to conceal evil.

Therefore, if the Son sets you free, you really will be free.

Lord, I am indeed Your servant; I am Your servant, the son of Your female servant. You have loosened my bonds.
