Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this place of undeserved privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God’s glory.

through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God.

Through faith in Jesus we have received God’s grace. In that grace we stand. We are full of joy because we expect to share in God’s glory.

Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Now all of us can come to the Father through the same Holy Spirit because of what Christ has done for us.

Because of Christ and our faith in him, we can now come boldly and confidently into God’s presence.

Let me now remind you, dear brothers and sisters, of the Good News I preached to you before. You welcomed it then, and you still stand firm in it.

But Christ, as the Son, is in charge of God’s entire house. And we are God’s house, if we keep our courage and remain confident in our hope in Christ.

Christ suffered for our sins once for all time. He never sinned, but he died for sinners to bring you safely home to God. He suffered physical death, but he was raised to life in the Spirit.

For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever!

Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and by his grace gave us eternal comfort and a wonderful hope,

Because I am righteous, I will see you. When I awake, I will see you face to face and be satisfied.

“ I tell you the truth, those who listen to my message and believe in God who sent me have eternal life. They will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death into life.

Rejoice in our confident hope. Be patient in trouble, and keep on praying.

No wonder my heart is glad, and I rejoice. My body rests in safety.For you will not leave my soul among the dead or allow your holy one to rot in the grave.You will show me the way of life, granting me the joy of your presence and the pleasures of living with you forever.

I pray that God, the source of hope, will fill you completely with joy and peace because you trust in him. Then you will overflow with confident hope through the power of the Holy Spirit.

And so, dear brothers and sisters, we can boldly enter heaven’s Most Holy Place because of the blood of Jesus.By his death, Jesus opened a new and life giving way through the curtain into the Most Holy Place.

Yes, I am the gate. Those who come in through me will be saved. They will come and go freely and will find good pastures.

All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is by his great mercy that we have been born again, because God raised Jesus Christ from the dead. Now we live with great expectation,and we have a priceless inheritance— an inheritance that is kept in heaven for you, pure and undefiled, beyond the reach of change and decay.And through your faith, God is protecting you by his power until you receive this salvation, which is ready to be revealed on the last day for all to see.So be truly glad. There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you must endure many trials for a little while.These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold— though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.You love him even though you have never seen him. Though you do not see him now, you trust him; and you rejoice with a glorious, inexpressible joy.The reward for trusting him will be the salvation of your souls.

You guide me with your counsel, leading me to a glorious destiny.

And they will see his face, and his name will be written on their foreheads.And there will be no night there— no need for lamps or sun— for the Lord God will shine on them. And they will reign forever and ever.

I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying,“ Look, God’s home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them.

And the city has no need of sun or moon, for the glory of God illuminates the city, and the Lamb is its light.

So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us.

“ The master was full of praise.‘ Well done, my good and faithful servant. You have been faithful in handling this small amount, so now I will give you many more responsibilities. Let’s celebrate together!’

So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.

We were given this hope when we were saved.( If we already have something, we don’t need to hope for it.

For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard.

It shone with the glory of God and sparkled like a precious stone— like jasper as clear as crystal.

Upon arriving in Antioch, they called the church together and reported everything God had done through them and how he had opened the door of faith to the Gentiles, too.

He will give eternal life to those who keep on doing good, seeking after the glory and honor and immortality that God offers.

Moses responded,“ Then show me your glorious presence.”The Lord replied,“ I will make all my goodness pass before you, and I will call out my name, Yahweh, before you. For I will show mercy to anyone I choose, and I will show compassion to anyone I choose.But you may not look directly at my face, for no one may see me and live.”

And since we have been made right in God’s sight by the blood of Christ, he will certainly save us from God’s condemnation.For since our friendship with God was restored by the death of his Son while we were still his enemies, we will certainly be saved through the life of his Son.

Jesus told him,“ I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.

Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm.

And since we are his children, we are his heirs. In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God’s glory. But if we are to share his glory, we must also share his suffering.Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later.

And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.

so he explained it to them:“ I tell you the truth, I am the gate for the sheep.

The wicked are crushed by disaster, but the godly have a refuge when they die.

And having chosen them, he called them to come to him. And having called them, he gave them right standing with himself. And having given them right standing, he gave them his glory.What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?Since he did not spare even his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything else?Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No one— for God himself has given us right standing with himself.Who then will condemn us? No one— for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and he is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading for us.Can anything ever separate us from Christ’s love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death?( As the Scriptures say,“ For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.”)No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow— not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love.No power in the sky above or in the earth below— indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Those who are victorious will sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat with my Father on his throne.

Who are you to condemn someone else’s servants? Their own master will judge whether they stand or fall. And with the Lord’s help, they will stand and receive his approval.

“ But as for me, I know that my Redeemer lives, and he will stand upon the earth at last.And after my body has decayed, yet in my body I will see God!I will see him for myself. Yes, I will see him with my own eyes. I am overwhelmed at the thought!

So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord— who is the Spirit— makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image.
