The gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned; for on the one hand the judgment arose from one offense, resulting in condemnation, but on the other hand the gracious gift arose from many offenses, resulting in justification.

而且，恩賜不同於由一個人犯罪而來的後果。因為，由一次過犯而來的審判雖然導致了定罪，但由很多過犯而來的恩賜卻導致了稱義。

且以一人干罪、亦不如恩賜、蓋鞫由一人以致定罪、恩賜則由多愆以致見義也、

定擬由一人之罪、不如恩賜由一人之義、蓋審判由一罪以定擬、恩賜則多罪而稱義、

又一人犯罪之所致、不如恩賜、蓋由一人之愆、有審判以定罪、由恩賜、乃免多愆以稱義、

且恩賜之效、不僅抵銷一原罪而已。蓋審判雖據一罪而定讞、而慈恩則免眾罪以成義。

Nor can the gift of God be compared with the result of one man’s sin: The judgment followed one sin and brought condemnation, but the gift followed many trespasses and brought justification.

The result of God’s gift is different from the result of Adam’s sin. That one sin brought God’s judgment. But after many sins, God’s gift made people right with him.

And the free gift is not like the result of that one man’s sin. For the judgment following one trespass brought condemnation, but the free gift following many trespasses brought justification.

And the result of God’s gracious gift is very different from the result of that one man’s sin. For Adam’s sin led to condemnation, but God’s free gift leads to our being made right with God, even though we are guilty of many sins.

And the gift is not like the one man’s sin, because from one sin came the judgment, resulting in condemnation, but from many trespasses came the gift, resulting in justification.

And the gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned. For the judgment which came from one offense resulted in condemnation, but the free gift which came from many offenses resulted in justification.

And not as through one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment came of one unto condemnation, but the free gift came of many trespasses unto justification.

Therefore let it be known to you, brothers, that through Him forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you,and through Him everyone who believes is freed from all things, from which you could not be freed through the Law of Moses.

When the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was desirable to make one wise, she took some of its fruit and ate; and she also gave some to her husband with her, and he ate.Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves waist coverings.Now they heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden.Then the Lord God called to the man, and said to him,“ Where are you?”He said,“ I heard the sound of You in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid myself.”And He said,“ Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree from which I commanded you not to eat?”The man said,“ The woman whom You gave to be with me, she gave me some of the fruit of the tree, and I ate.”Then the Lord God said to the woman,“ What is this that you have done?” And the woman said,“ The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”Then the Lord God said to the serpent,“ Because you have done this, Cursed are you more than all the livestock, And more than any animal of the field; On your belly you shall go, And dust you shall eat All the days of your life;And I will make enemies Of you and the woman, And of your offspring and her Descendant; He shall bruise you on the head, And you shall bruise Him on the heel.”To the woman He said,“ I will greatly multiply Your pain in childbirth, In pain you shall deliver children; Yet your desire will be for your husband, And he shall rule over you.”Then to Adam He said,“ Because you have listened to the voice of your wife, and have eaten from the tree about which I commanded you, saying,‘ You shall not eat from it’; Cursed is the ground because of you; With hard labor you shall eat from it All the days of your life.Both thorns and thistles it shall grow for you; Yet you shall eat the plants of the field;By the sweat of your face You shall eat bread, Until you return to the ground, Because from it you were taken; For you are dust, And to dust you shall return.”

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals,nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor those habitually drunk, nor verbal abusers, nor swindlers, will inherit the kingdom of God.Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God.

“ Come now, and let us debate your case,” Says the Lord,“ Though your sins are as scarlet, They shall become as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be like wool.

But when we are judged, we are disciplined by the Lord so that we will not be condemned along with the world.

even though I was previously a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent aggressor. Yet I was shown mercy because I acted ignorantly in unbelief;and the grace of our Lord was more than abundant, with the faith and love which are found in Christ Jesus.It is a trustworthy statement, deserving full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, among whom I am foremost.Yet for this reason I found mercy, so that in me as the foremost sinner Jesus Christ might demonstrate His perfect patience as an example for those who would believe in Him for eternal life.

“ I, I alone, am the one who wipes out your wrongdoings for My own sake, And I will not remember your sins.

For this reason I say to you, her sins, which are many, have been forgiven, for she loved much; but the one who is forgiven little, loves little.”And He said to her,“ Your sins have been forgiven.”And then those who were reclining at the table with Him began saying to themselves,“ Who is this man who even forgives sins?”And He said to the woman,“ Your faith has saved you; go in peace.”

I have wiped out your wrongdoings like a thick cloud And your sins like a heavy mist. Return to Me, for I have redeemed you.”

For whoever keeps the whole Law, yet stumbles in one point, has become guilty of all.

For all who are of works of the Law are under a curse; for it is written:“ Cursed is everyone who does not abide by all the things written in the book of the Law, to do them.”
