How joyful are those whose lawless acts are forgiven and whose sins are covered!

“ Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, and whose sins are covered;

Blessed[ is he whose] transgression[ is] forgiven,[ whose] sin[ is] covered.Blessed[ is] the man unto whom the LORD imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit[ there is] no guile.

If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?But[ there is] forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.

Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven,[ the same] loveth little.And he said unto her, Thy sins are forgiven.And they that sat at meat with him began to say within themselves, Who is this that forgiveth sins also?And he said to the woman, Thy faith hath saved thee; go in peace.

Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God.Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the LORD’S hand double for all her sins.

Who[ is] a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth[ in] mercy.He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob,[ and] the mercy to Abraham, which thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.

And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.

Make me to hear joy and gladness;[ that] the bones[ which] thou hast broken may rejoice.Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.

And I will cleanse them from all their iniquity, whereby they have sinned against me; and I will pardon all their iniquities, whereby they have sinned, and whereby they have transgressed against me.And it shall be to me a name of joy, a praise and an honour before all the nations of the earth, which shall hear all the good that I do unto them: and they shall fear and tremble for all the goodness and for all the prosperity that I procure unto it.

Thou hast forgiven the iniquity of thy people, thou hast covered all their sin. Selah.
