如經云、我立爾為萬邦之父、夫上帝即甦諸死者、命無為有者也、

亚伯拉罕所信的，是那叫死人复活、使无变为有的神，他在主面前作我们世人的父。如经上所记：“我已经立你作多国的父。”

亚伯拉罕在上帝面前是我们所有人的父，正如圣经上说：“我已经立你为万族之父。”他所信的上帝是能够使死人复活、使无变有的上帝。

如经上所记：“我已经立了你作万国的父。”他所信的，是叫死人得生命、使无变为有的神。

正如经上所记：“我已经指派你为众多民族的父。”亚伯拉罕所信的那一位，就是叫死人得生命、使无变为有的神。

亞伯拉罕所信的，是那叫死人復活、使無變為有的神，他在主面前作我們世人的父。如經上所記：「我已經立你作多國的父。」

亞伯拉罕在上帝面前是我們所有人的父，正如聖經上說：「我已經立你為萬族之父。」他所信的上帝是能夠使死人復活、使無變有的上帝。

在亞伯拉罕所信的上帝面前，就是在那能叫死人活、能呼叫不存在的成為存在者、面前，亞伯拉罕是我眾人的父；正如經上所記：『我立了你做許多邦國的父』。

正如經上所記：「我已經指派你為眾多民族的父。」亞伯拉罕所信的那一位，就是叫死人得生命、使無變為有的神。

經云、我命爾為萬民父焉、且上帝使死者生、變無為有亞伯拉罕篤信上帝、故在其前、得為吾眾之父、

蓋亞伯漢實為萬民之父。經曰：『吾使爾為萬邦之父』此之謂也。顧其所以能在天主之前為眾人之父者、亦曰篤信天主而已。蓋惟天主能予死者以生命、而出萬有於無有耳。

As it is written:“ I have made you a father of many nations.” He is our father in the sight of God, in whom he believed— the God who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that were not.

It is written,“ I have made you a father of many nations.”( Genesis 17:5) God considers Abraham to be our father. The God that Abraham believed in gives life to the dead. Abraham’s God also creates things that did not exist before.

as it is written,“ I have made you the father of many nations”— in the presence of the God in whom he believed, who gives life to the dead and calls into existence the things that do not exist.

That is what the Scriptures mean when God told him,“ I have made you the father of many nations.” This happened because Abraham believed in the God who brings the dead back to life and who creates new things out of nothing.

As it is written: I have made you the father of many nations— in the presence of the God in whom he believed, the one who gives life to the dead and calls things into existence that do not exist.

( as it is written:“ I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed, that is, God, who gives life to the dead and calls into being things that do not exist.

( as it is written,“ I have made you a father of many nations”) in the presence of Him whom he believed— God, who gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did;

( as it is written, A father of many nations have I made thee) before him whom he believed, even God, who giveth life to the dead, and calleth the things that are not, as though they were.

in God’s sight. As it is written: I have made you the father of many nations. He believed in God, who gives life to the dead and calls things into existence that do not exist.

( As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed,[ even] God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.

( as it is written,“ I have made you the father of many nations”). He is our father in the presence of God whom he believed– the God who makes the dead alive and summons the things that do not yet exist as though they already do.

As it is written,“ I have made you a father of many nations.” This is in the presence of him whom he believed: God, who gives life to the dead, and calls the things that are not, as though they were.

且選世之卑賤者、輕忽者、與夫無者以廢有者、

我與爾約、爾必為多族之父、今而後、爾不復名亞伯蘭、宜名亞伯拉罕、因我立爾為多族之父也、

上帝所預知者、又預定效其子之狀、使為眾兄弟中之冢子、其所預定者召之、召者義之、義者榮之、○

父如何起死者而甦之、子亦如是甦其所欲者、

畀生者神也、肉無益、我語爾之言、神也、生也、

若自死而起耶穌者之神居爾衷、則自死而起基督耶穌者、亦必以其居爾衷之神、甦爾將死之身、○

且爾素以罪愆而死、從斯世之俗而行、服在空乘權之君、即今運行於悖逆者之靈、我儕亦嘗出入其中、徇形軀之情、行身心之欲、本為服怒之輩、如他人然、但上帝富有矜恤、以浩大之愛愛我、於我儕因過愆而死時、偕基督而甦我、爾之得救乃由恩耳、

素非為民、今為上帝民、素未蒙恤、今蒙恤矣、○

我誠語汝、時至、今是矣、死者將聞上帝子之聲、而聞者將生、

爾將欣然而出、安然而蒙引導、山岡揚聲、謳歌爾前、田野林木、皆將鼓掌、

夫上帝獨猶太人之上帝乎、非亦異邦人之上帝乎、誠亦異邦人之上帝也、

故自一人猶已死者、生育如天星之繁多、海沙之無數、○

我於發育萬有之上帝、及證善承於本丟彼拉多之基督耶穌前、

有人自遠方、自北自西、自秦國而至、

挪亞以信而得示以未見之事、寅畏而備方舟、以救其家、由此而罪世、且得依信之義也、

愛友乎、勿忘斯事、在主一日猶千年、千年猶一日、

自我肇造上古之民以來、誰能如我宣布之、預言之、陳述之、至於未來之事、必成之事、任其指示之、

我必祝之、賜之生子、復錫以嘏、使為列國之母、列王由之而出、

亞伯拉罕若因行見義、則有可誇、然於上帝前則無之、

我手奠地基、右手布諸天、我一呼之、則皆立焉、

昔於某地語人曰、爾非我民、將於斯地稱為維生上帝子、

經云、始之亞當、成維生之魂、終之亞當、為賜生之靈、

謂北方曰、當令旋返、謂南方曰、勿行拘留、攜我諸子、還自遠方、攜我諸女、歸從地極、
