Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

那么，我们是藉着信废掉律法吗？绝对不是！反而确立了律法。

這樣，我們因信廢了律法嗎？斷乎不是！更是堅固律法。

這樣，我們藉着信廢了律法嗎？絕對不是！更是鞏固律法。

這樣，我們藉着信廢了律法嗎？絕對不是！更是鞏固律法。

這麼說來，我們是藉著信心廢掉上帝的律法嗎？當然不是！我們反倒是鞏固律法。

這樣說來，我們以信廢掉了律法嗎？絕對不是，倒是鞏固了律法。

這樣，我們是憑着信廢掉律法麼？斷乎不是；我們倒是叫律法立定呢。

那麼，我們是藉著信廢掉律法嗎？絕對不是！反而確立了律法。

然則我儕以信廢律乎、曰、非也、乃堅律耳、

然則以信廢法乎、曰、否、更守法焉、

然則我儕因信廢律法乎、非也、乃堅定律法、

然則吾人以信德而廢律法乎？是又不然！此正吾人所以成全律法耳。

Do we, then, nullify the law by this faith? Not at all! Rather, we uphold the law.

Does faith make the law useless? Not at all! We agree with the law.

Do we then overthrow the law by this faith? By no means! On the contrary, we uphold the law.

Well then, if we emphasize faith, does this mean that we can forget about the law? Of course not! In fact, only when we have faith do we truly fulfill the law.

Do we then nullify the law through faith? Absolutely not! On the contrary, we uphold the law.

Do we then nullify the Law through faith? Far from it! On the contrary, we establish the Law.

Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law.

Do we then make the law of none effect through faith? God forbid: nay, we establish the law.

Do we then cancel the law through faith? Absolutely not! On the contrary, we uphold the law.

Do we then nullify the law through faith? Absolutely not! Instead we uphold the law.

Do we then nullify the law through faith? May it never be! No, we establish the law.

Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

What shall we say then?[ Is] the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin[ was] dead.For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died.And the commandment, which[ was ordained] to life, I found[ to be] unto death.For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew[ me].Wherefore the law[ is] holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful.For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.

I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness[ come] by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if[ there be] any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love[ is] the fulfilling of the law.

[ It is] time for[ thee], LORD, to work:[ for] they have made void thy law.

For if they which are of the law[ be] heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect:

And this I say,[ that] the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.For if the inheritance[ be] of the law,[ it is] no more of promise: but God gave[ it] to Abraham by promise.Wherefore then[ serveth] the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made;[ and it was] ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator.

To them that are without law, as without law,( being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law.

For Christ[ is] the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:

For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.

And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer[ it to be so] now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.

[ Whereof] the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before,This[ is] the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;

The LORD is well pleased for his righteousness’ sake; he will magnify the law, and make[ it] honourable.

For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed[ the righteousness] of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

And honour not his father or his mother,[ he shall be free]. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.

God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.

I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

How do ye say, We[ are] wise, and the law of the LORD[ is] with us? Lo, certainly in vain made he[ it]; the pen of the scribes[ is] in vain.The wise[ men] are ashamed, they are dismayed and taken: lo, they have rejected the word of the LORD; and what wisdom[ is] in them?

I delight to do thy will, O my God: yea, thy law[ is] within my heart.

If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well:But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors.For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one[ point], he is guilty of all.For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty.

But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are[ these]; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told[ you] in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

But this[ shall be] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
