For we consider that a person is declared righteous by faith apart from the works of the law.

蓋人惟憑信德而稱義、初無與於法內之事功；此吾所深信不疑者也。

For we maintain that a person is justified by faith apart from the works of the law.

We firmly believe that a person is made right with God because of their faith. They are not saved by obeying the law.

For we hold that one is justified by faith apart from works of the law.

So we are made right with God through faith and not by obeying the law.

And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, proclaimed the gospel to Abraham ahead of time, saying,“ All the nations will be blessed in you.”

Thus the law had become our guardian until Christ, so that we could be declared righteous by faith.

it is not from works, so that no one can boast.

For no one is declared righteous before him by the works of the law, for through the law comes the knowledge of sin.But now apart from the law the righteousness of God( which is attested by the law and the prophets) has been disclosed–namely, the righteousness of God through the faithfulness of Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction,

For God achieved what the law could not do because it was weakened through the flesh. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and concerning sin, he condemned sin in the flesh,

Therefore, since we have been declared righteous by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

Some of you once lived this way. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

Now it is clear no one is justified before God by the law, because the righteous one will live by faith.But the law is not based on faith, but the one who does the works of the law will live by them.Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us( because it is written,“ Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”)in order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham would come to the Gentiles, so that we could receive the promise of the Spirit by faith.

For this is the will of my Father– for everyone who looks on the Son and believes in him to have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”

But to the one who does not work, but believes in the one who declares the ungodly righteous, his faith is credited as righteousness.

This was also to demonstrate his righteousness in the present time, so that he would be just and the justifier of the one who lives because of Jesus’ faithfulness.

Therefore let it be known to you, brothers, that through this one forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you,and by this one everyone who believes is justified from everything from which the law of Moses could not justify you.

“ I tell you the solemn truth, the one who hears my message and believes the one who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned, but has crossed over from death to life.

Just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up,so that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.”For this is the way God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world should be saved through him.The one who believes in him is not condemned. The one who does not believe has been condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God.
