But now apart from the law the righteousness of God has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify.

But now God has shown us his saving power without the help of the law. But the Law and the Prophets tell us about this.

But now the righteousness of God has been manifested apart from the law, although the Law and the Prophets bear witness to it—

But now God has shown us a way to be made right with him without keeping the requirements of the law, as was promised in the writings of Moses and the prophets long ago.

For the law having a shadow of the good things to come, not the very image of the things, can never with the same sacrifices year by year, which they offer continually, make perfect them that draw nigh.Else would they not have ceased to be offered? because the worshippers, having been once cleansed, would have had no more consciousness of sins.But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance made of sins year by year.For it is impossible that the blood of bulls and goats should take away sins.Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, But a body didst thou prepare for me;In whole burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hadst no pleasure:Then said I, Lo, I am come( In the roll of the book it is written of me) To do thy will, O God.Saying above, Sacrifices and offerings and whole burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein( the which are offered according to the law),then hath he said, Lo, I am come to do thy will. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.By which will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.And every priest indeed standeth day by day ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, the which can never take away sins:but he, when he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;henceforth expecting till his enemies be made the footstool of his feet.For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

Only in Jehovah, it is said of me, is righteousness and strength; even to him shall men come; and all they that were incensed against him shall be put to shame.In Jehovah shall all the seed of Israel be justified, and shall glory.

I bring near my righteousness, it shall not be far off, and my salvation shall not tarry; and I will place salvation in Zion for Israel my glory.

and be found in him, not having a righteousness of mine own, even that which is of the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith:

Seventy weeks are decreed upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most holy.

But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who was made unto us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption:

And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up;that whosoever believeth may in him have eternal life.

Having therefore obtained the help that is from God, I stand unto this day testifying both to small and great, saying nothing but what the prophets and Moses did say should come;

For being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own, they did not subject themselves to the righteousness of God.For Christ is the end of the law unto righteousness to every one that believeth.

And he said unto them, These are my words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must needs be fulfilled, which are written in the law of Moses, and the prophets, and the psalms, concerning me.

that, as sin reigned in death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; that we might become the righteousness of God in him.

And when they had appointed him a day, they came to him into his lodging in great number; to whom he expounded the matter, testifying the kingdom of God, and persuading them concerning Jesus, both from the law of Moses and from the prophets, from morning till evening.

whom the heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, whereof God spake by the mouth of his holy prophets that have been from of old.Moses indeed said, A prophet shall the Lord God raise up unto you from among your brethren, like unto me; to him shall ye hearken in all things whatsoever he shall speak unto you.And it shall be, that every soul that shall not hearken to that prophet, shall be utterly destroyed from among the people.Yea and all the prophets from Samuel and them that followed after, as many as have spoken, they also told of these days.Ye are the sons of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with your fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.

Concerning which salvation the prophets sought and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you:

No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of Jehovah, and their righteousness which is of me, saith Jehovah.

For if ye believed Moses, ye would believe me; for he wrote of me.But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?

What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, who followed not after righteousness, attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith:

Philip findeth Nathanael, and saith unto him, We have found him, of whom Moses in the law, and the prophets, wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph.

And he believed in Jehovah; and he reckoned it to him for righteousness.
