我們知道律法所講的都是針對律法之下的人，好叫所有的人都無話可說，使全世界都伏在上帝的審判之下。

我们知道，律法上的一切话都是对律法之下的人讲的，好堵住每个人的口，使全世界的人都在神的审判之下有罪，

我們曉得、律法無論說甚麼，都是向律法以內的人講的，好堵住每一個人的口，使全世界的人都伏在上帝審判之下；

我們知道，律法上的一切話都是對律法之下的人講的，好堵住每個人的口，使全世界的人都在神的審判之下有罪，

我儕知律所言、乃為律下者言之、以塞眾口、使舉世服罪於上帝前、

吾儕知律法所言、指法下人言之、以塞諸口、使舉世服罪於上帝前、

我儕知律法所言、為律法下之人言之、以塞諸口、使舉世服罪於天主前、

夫法之所言、所以昭示法內之人、亦所以塞夫人之口、而使舉世皆服罪於天主之前也。

Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God.

What the law says, it says to those who are ruled by the law. Its purpose is to shut every mouth and make the whole world accountable to God.

Now we know that whatever the law says it speaks to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be stopped, and the whole world may be held accountable to God.

Obviously, the law applies to those to whom it was given, for its purpose is to keep people from having excuses, and to show that the entire world is guilty before God.

沒有上帝律法的人若犯罪，雖然不按律法受審判，仍要滅亡；有上帝律法的人若犯罪，必按律法受審判。因為上帝眼中的義人不是聽到律法的人，而是遵行律法的人。沒有律法的外族人若順著天性做合乎律法的事，他們雖然沒有律法，自己就是自己的律法。這表明律法的要求刻在他們心裡，他們的良心也可以證明，因為他們的思想有時指控他們，有時為他們辯護。按照我所傳的福音，到了審判之日，上帝要藉著耶穌基督審判人一切隱祕的事。你自稱是猶太人，倚仗上帝所賜的律法，自誇與上帝有特別的關係；你受過律法的教導，知道上帝的旨意，能明辨是非；

「不錯，我知道你所言不虛，但人怎能在上帝面前算為義人？人若想與祂辯駁，千次也不能勝一次。

凡以遵行律法為本的人都在咒詛之下，因為聖經上說：「凡不遵行律法書上一切命令的人必受咒詛。」

我要赦免你所有的罪，那時你想起這事會羞愧難當，不敢再開口。這是主耶和華說的。』」

正直人看見就歡喜，邪惡人都啞口無言。

那麼，我們猶太人比別人優越嗎？絕對不是！我們已經說過，無論是猶太人還是希臘人，所有的人都身陷罪中。

好使貧寒之人有盼望，使不義之徒啞口無言。

你們這些甘受律法約束的人啊！告訴我，你們沒聽過律法怎麼說嗎？

但你們如果順從聖靈的引導，就不再受律法的約束。

這是要應驗他們律法書上的話，『他們無故地恨我。』

面對猶太人我就做猶太人，為了要贏得猶太人。面對守律法的人，我這不受律法束縛的人就守律法，為了要贏得守律法的人。面對沒有律法的人，我就像個沒有律法的人，為了要贏得沒有律法的人。其實我並非在上帝的律法之外，我是在基督的律法之下。

自從創造天地以來，上帝永恆的大能和神性是明明可知的，雖然肉眼看不見，但透過受造之物就可以領悟，因而人類毫無藉口推說不知。

耶穌說：「你們的律法書上不是寫著『我曾說你們都是神』嗎？聖經上的話是不能廢的，既然上帝稱那些承受祂道的人為神，

其實益處非常多！首先，上帝的聖言託付給了猶太人。

他們聽了這句話，就從老到少一個一個地走了，只剩下耶穌和那個女人在那裡。

這樣，誰都不能在上帝面前自誇了。

就問他，『朋友，你來這裡怎麼不穿婚宴的禮服呢？』那人無言以對。王便吩咐侍從，『把他手腳綁起來丟到外面的黑暗裡，讓他在那裡哀哭切齒。』」

因為世人都犯了罪，虧欠上帝的榮耀，

當然不會！縱然人人都撒謊，上帝仍然真實可靠。正如聖經上說：「你的判語證明你是公義的；你雖被人控告，卻終必得勝。」

因此，你這論斷人的啊，不管你是誰，都難逃罪責。你在什麼事上論斷別人，就在什麼事上定了自己的罪，因為你論斷別人的事，自己也在做。我們都知道，上帝必按真理審判做這些事的人。

但聖經說所有的人都在罪的權勢下，爲要使那些相信的人因爲相信耶穌基督而得到應許。信耶穌的時代還沒有來臨以前，律法暫時監管我們。等到信耶穌之道顯明出來後，律法就不再監管我們。

祂保護祂的聖民，使惡人在黑暗中滅亡，因為得勝不是靠人的勇力。

為要救贖一切受律法約束的人，使我們成為祂的兒女。
