又云：『舌端弄詭譎、咽喉如荒墓；唇內藏辛螫、

“ Their throats are open graves; their tongues practice deceit.”“ The poison of vipers is on their lips.”

“ Their throats are like open graves. With their tongues they tell lies.”( Psalm 5:9)“ The words from their lips are like the poison of a snake.”( Psalm 140:3)

“ Their throat is an open grave; they use their tongues to deceive.”“ The venom of asps is under their lips.”

“ Their talk is foul, like the stench from an open grave. Their tongues are filled with lies.”“ Snake venom drips from their lips.”

Their throat is an open grave; they deceive with their tongues. Vipers’ venom is under their lips.

彼眾口無信實、心懷惡慝、喉若裂塋、舌施諂諛、

利舌如蛇、脣藏蝮毒兮、

諂諛之口、誇大之舌、耶和華必絕之、彼曰、我舌獲勝、口為我有、誰為我主兮、

其酒乃蛇之毒、蝮之惡毒、

曰、非也、惟上帝誠、而人皆偽、如經云、俾爾於言見義、於鞫獲勝、

彼彎舌如弓、以發誑言、在國中為強大、而不行信實、行惡有加無已、而不我識、耶和華言之矣、爾曹各當謹防鄰里、勿信昆弟、蓋昆弟相欺特甚、鄰里往來讒毀、各迋其鄰、不言誠實、舌習誑言、作惡致憊、

禍哉、爾偽善之士子與法利賽人乎、爾似粉堊之塋、外見為美、內則死骸諸穢充之矣、如是、爾以義外見於人、內則偽善不法充之矣、○

爾舌運用邪惡、如銛利之薙刀、詭譎是行兮、

厥口所言、奸惡詭譎、絕於智慧善行兮、

爾手污於血、爾指染於惡、口出虛詞、舌談邪慝、

蝮類乎、爾既惡、言何能善、蓋充諸心者、出諸口也、善人由內蘊之善、而發其善、惡人由內蘊之惡、而發其惡、

我處獅中、與火性之世人共臥、其齒為戈矢、其舌為利刃兮、

如是、舌為小體、而誇大焉、些須之火、能燃若大之林、舌乃火、於百體中為不義之寰區、玷污一身、爇畢生之行動、其火乃由地獄也、蓋凡禽獸昆蟲鱗介皆可制、且已為人制、惟舌莫能制、乃不息之惡、充以死毒焉、

其箙若既闢之塚、其人皆為勇士、

我未諭爾、而爾曰耶和華言之、爾所得者、非虛偽之啟示乎、爾所言者、非欺誑之卜筮乎、

其食至腹則變、成為虺膽於中、彼吞貨財、必吐之、上帝使之出於其腹、必吸虺之毒、蝮舌必殺之、
