凡犯罪於法外者、沉淪於法外；犯罪於法內者、伏辜於法內。

All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law.

Some people do not know God’s law when they sin. They will not be judged by the law when they die. Others do know God’s law when they sin. They will be judged by the law.

When the Gentiles sin, they will be destroyed, even though they never had God’s written law. And the Jews, who do have God’s law, will be judged by that law when they fail to obey it.

For all who sin without the law will also perish without the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law.

yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified.But if, in our endeavor to be justified in Christ, we too were found to be sinners, is Christ then a servant of sin? Certainly not!For if I rebuild what I tore down, I prove myself to be a transgressor.For through the law I died to the law, so that I might live to God.

To those outside the law I became as one outside the law( not being outside the law of God but under the law of Christ) that I might win those outside the law.

I tell you, it will be more bearable on that day for Sodom than for that town.“ Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the mighty works done in you had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes.But it will be more bearable in the judgment for Tyre and Sidon than for you.And you, Capernaum, will you be exalted to heaven? You shall be brought down to Hades.

Behold, this was the guilt of your sister Sodom: she and her daughters had pride, excess of food, and prosperous ease, but did not aid the poor and needy.They were haughty and did an abomination before me. So I removed them, when I saw it.

Though they know God’s righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them.

For when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law.They show that the work of the law is written on their hearts, while their conscience also bears witness, and their conflicting thoughts accuse or even excuse themon that day when, according to my gospel, God judges the secrets of men by Christ Jesus.

What then shall we say? That the law is sin? By no means! Yet if it had not been for the law, I would not have known sin. For I would not have known what it is to covet if the law had not said,“ You shall not covet.”But sin, seizing an opportunity through the commandment, produced in me all kinds of covetousness. For apart from the law, sin lies dead.I was once alive apart from the law, but when the commandment came, sin came alive and I died.The very commandment that promised life proved to be death to me.For sin, seizing an opportunity through the commandment, deceived me and through it killed me.

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth.For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them.For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse.For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened.

But I tell you, it will be more bearable on the day of judgment for Tyre and Sidon than for you.

And that servant who knew his master’s will but did not get ready or act according to his will, will receive a severe beating.But the one who did not know, and did what deserved a beating, will receive a light beating. Everyone to whom much was given, of him much will be required, and from him to whom they entrusted much, they will demand the more.

But I tell you that it will be more tolerable on the day of judgment for the land of Sodom than for you.”

Now if the ministry of death, carved in letters on stone, came with such glory that the Israelites could not gaze at Moses’ face because of its glory, which was being brought to an end,will not the ministry of the Spirit have even more glory?For if there was glory in the ministry of condemnation, the ministry of righteousness must far exceed it in glory.

And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done.And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them, according to what they had done.Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire.And if anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

For the law brings wrath, but where there is no law there is no transgression.

“‘ Cursed be anyone who does not confirm the words of this law by doing them.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’

Jesus answered him,“ You would have no authority over me at all unless it had been given you from above. Therefore he who delivered me over to you has the greater sin.”

Now we know that whatever the law says it speaks to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be stopped, and the whole world may be held accountable to God.For by works of the law no human being will be justified in his sight, since through the law comes knowledge of sin.

The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent,because he has fixed a day on which he will judge the world in righteousness by a man whom he has appointed; and of this he has given assurance to all by raising him from the dead.”

For God has done what the law, weakened by the flesh, could not do. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh,

But the Scripture imprisoned everything under sin, so that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.

For whoever keeps the whole law but fails in one point has become guilty of all of it.
