so that I may come to you with joy, by God’s will, and in your company be refreshed.

Then I will come to you with joy just as God has planned. We will be renewed by being together.

so that by God’s will I may come to you with joy and be refreshed in your company.

Then, by the will of God, I will be able to come to you with a joyful heart, and we will be an encouragement to each other.

Paul stayed two whole years in his own rented house and received all who were coming to him,preaching God’s Kingdom, and teaching the things concerning the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness, without hindrance.

As the cold of snow in the time of harvest, so is a faithful messenger to those who send him; for he refreshes the soul of his masters.

but now, no longer having any place in these regions, and having these many years a longing to come to you,whenever I travel to Spain, I will come to you. For I hope to see you on my journey, and to be helped on my way there by you, if first I may enjoy your company for a while.
