兄弟乎、我固深知爾等富於道德、深於智慧、必能互相夾持規勸也。

I myself am convinced, my brothers and sisters, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with knowledge and competent to instruct one another.

My brothers and sisters, I am sure that you are full of goodness. You are filled with knowledge and able to teach one another.

I myself am satisfied about you, my brothers, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge and able to instruct one another.

I am fully convinced, my dear brothers and sisters, that you are full of goodness. You know these things so well you can teach each other all about them.

My brothers and sisters, I myself am convinced about you that you also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, and able to instruct one another.

你們雖然曉得這些事，並且在你們已有的真道上堅固，我卻要將這些事常常提醒你們。

論到祭偶像之物，我們曉得我們都有知識。但知識是叫人自高自大，惟有愛心能造就人。

但人不都有這等知識。有人到如今因拜慣了偶像，就以為所吃的是祭偶像之物。他們的良心既然軟弱，也就污穢了。

若有人見你這有知識的，在偶像的廟裏坐席，這人的良心若是軟弱，豈不放膽去吃那祭偶像之物嗎？

又勸老年婦人，舉止行動要恭敬，不說讒言，不給酒作奴僕，用善道教訓人，好指教少年婦人，愛丈夫，愛兒女，

親愛的弟兄啊，你們卻要在至聖的真道上造就自己，在聖靈裏禱告，保守自己常在神的愛中，仰望我們主耶穌基督的憐憫，直到永生。有些人存疑心，你們要憐憫他們；有些人你們要從火中搶出來，搭救他們；有些人你們要存懼怕的心憐憫他們，連那被情慾沾染的衣服也當厭惡。

也把你們因聖靈所存的愛心告訴了我們。因此，我們自從聽見的日子，也就為你們不住地禱告祈求，願你們在一切屬靈的智慧悟性上，滿心知道神的旨意；好叫你們行事為人對得起主，凡事蒙他喜悅，在一切善事上結果子，漸漸地多知道神；

看你們學習的工夫，本該作師傅，誰知還得有人將神聖言小學的開端另教導你們，並且成了那必須吃奶、不能吃乾糧的人。

想到你心裏無偽之信，這信是先在你外祖母羅以和你母親友妮基心裏的，我深信也在你的心裏。

又要彼此相顧，激發愛心，勉勵行善。你們不可停止聚會，好像那些停止慣了的人，倒要彼此勸勉，既知道那日子臨近，就更當如此。

這人蒙聖靈賜他智慧的言語，那人也蒙這位聖靈賜他知識的言語，

光明所結的果子就是一切良善、公義、誠實。

正因這緣故，你們要分外地殷勤；有了信心，又要加上德行；有了德行，又要加上知識；有了知識，又要加上節制；有了節制，又要加上忍耐；有了忍耐，又要加上虔敬；有了虔敬，又要加上愛弟兄的心；有了愛弟兄的心，又要加上愛眾人的心。你們若充充足足地有這幾樣，就必使你們在認識我們的主耶穌基督上不至於閒懶不結果子了。

我若有先知講道之能，也明白各樣的奧祕，各樣的知識，而且有全備的信，叫我能夠移山，卻沒有愛，我就算不得甚麼。

親愛的弟兄們，我們雖是這樣說，卻深信你們的行為強過這些，而且近乎得救。

我為你們眾人有這樣的意念，原是應當的；因你們常在我心裏，無論我是在捆鎖之中，是辯明證實福音的時候，你們都與我一同得恩。

所以，你們該彼此勸慰，互相建立，正如你們素常所行的。

我們又勸弟兄們，要警戒不守規矩的人，勉勵灰心的人，扶助軟弱的人，也要向眾人忍耐。

我寫信給你，深信你必順服，知道你所要行的必過於我所說的。

並靠着耶穌基督結滿了仁義的果子，叫榮耀稱讚歸與神。

當用各樣的智慧，把基督的道理豐豐富富地存在心裏，用詩章、頌詞、靈歌，彼此教導，互相勸戒，心被恩感，歌頌神。

又因你們在他裏面凡事富足，口才、知識都全備，
