願我們的主耶穌基督自己，和那愛我們、開恩把永遠的安慰和美好的盼望賜給我們的父神，安慰你們的心，並且在一切善行善言上，堅定你們。

在盼望中要喜樂，在患難中要堅忍，禱告要恆切。

因為神的國不在於吃喝，而在於公義、和睦，以及聖靈裡的喜樂。

神能把各樣的恩惠多多地加給你們，使你們凡事常常充足，多作各樣的善事。

願賜忍耐和安慰的神，使你們彼此同心，效法基督耶穌，

你們雖然沒有見過他，卻愛他；現在雖然不能看見他，卻信他。因此，你們就有無法形容、滿有榮耀的大喜樂，

我們深願你們各人都表現同樣的熱誠，一直到底，使你們的盼望可以完全實現，

但聖靈的果子是仁愛、喜樂、平安、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信實、

“你們心裡不要難過，你們應當信神，也應當信我。

你們必歡歡喜喜出來，平平安安蒙引導；大山小山都必在你們面前發聲歡呼，田野所有的樹木也都拍掌。

不要醉酒，醉酒能使人放蕩亂性，卻要讓聖靈充滿。應當用詩章、聖詩、靈歌，彼此呼應，口唱心和地讚美主。

忍耐產生毅力，毅力產生盼望；盼望是不會令人蒙羞的，因為神藉著所賜給我們的聖靈，把他的愛澆灌在我們的心裡。

我說的話、講的道，都不是用智慧的話去說服人，而是用聖靈和能力來證明，

因為我們的福音傳到你們那裡，不單是藉著言語，也是藉著權能，藉著聖靈和充足的信心。為了你們的緣故，我們在你們中間為人怎樣，這是你們知道的。

願恩惠平安從我們的父神和主耶穌基督臨到你們。

我留下平安給你們，我把自己的平安賜給你們；我給你們的，不像世界所給的。你們心裡不要難過，也不要恐懼。

以色列的盼望啊！以色列遭難時的拯救者啊！你為甚麼在本地像一個寄居的人，又像個只住宿一夜的旅客呢？
