但如今，你们认识了神——不过更要说，被神所认识——怎么能再回到那无能、无用的原则里去呢？你们愿意再重新做它们的奴仆吗？你们竟严守着某些日子、月份、节期、年份！

我知道，并且在主耶稣里深信：没有一样东西本身是不洁净的。只是，如果有人认为什么是不洁净的，对他来说，那就是不洁净的。

这样，那软弱的人，就是基督为他而死的那弟兄，就会因你的知识被毁了。

然而，不是所有的人都有这知识。有些人因习惯了偶像，至今还以为所吃的是祭过偶像的食物。他们的良心因为软弱，就被玷污了。
