Bold and arrogant, they are not afraid to heap abuse on celestial beings;yet even angels, although they are stronger and more powerful, do not heap abuse on such beings when bringing judgment on them from the Lord. On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: king of kings and lord of lords. (niv)

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.’ (niv)

Anyone who shows contempt for the judge or for the priest who stands ministering there to the Lord your God is to be put to death. You must purge the evil from Israel. (niv)
