若數枝見折、爾素為野欖者得接於其中、共與於橄欖之根與腴、

數枝見折、爾素為野欖、接枝於橄欖、分其根之盛、

若數枝見折、爾素為野油果樹、見接於其中、同賴油果樹之根、同得其汁、

即有數枝被折、而爾本屬野欖、倖蒙接入其中、且得分潤厥根之膏澤；

If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap from the olive root,

Some of the natural branches have been broken off. You are a wild olive branch. But you have been joined to the tree with the other branches. Now you enjoy the life- giving sap of the olive tree root.

But if some of the branches were broken off, and you, although a wild olive shoot, were grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing root of the olive tree,

But some of these branches from Abraham’s tree— some of the people of Israel— have been broken off. And you Gentiles, who were branches from a wild olive tree, have been grafted in. So now you also receive the blessing God has promised Abraham and his children, sharing in the rich nourishment from the root of God’s special olive tree.

Now if some of the branches were broken off, and you, though a wild olive branch, were grafted in among them and have come to share in the rich root of the cultivated olive tree,

因此，你們要記住，從前按照肉體來說你們是外族人，那些肉體上受過人手所行割禮的以色列人稱你們為「沒有受過割禮的」。那時，你們與基督無關，又不是以色列人，在上帝應許的諸約上是局外人，你們活在世上沒有盼望，沒有上帝。但你們這些從前遠離上帝的人，如今在基督耶穌裡，靠著祂所流的血已經被帶到上帝面前。

耶和華曾稱他們為枝繁葉茂、果實佳美的橄欖樹，但現在祂要在呼嘯的風暴中把它點燃，燒毀它的枝條。

屬於我的枝子如果不結果子，祂就把它剪掉；如果結果子，祂便修剪它，讓它結更多的果子。

這奧祕就是外族人能夠在基督耶穌裡藉著福音與以色列人同作後嗣，同為一體，同享應許。

我就像上帝殿中的一棵橄欖樹，枝繁葉茂，我永永遠遠信靠上帝的慈愛。

所以，我告訴你們，將把上帝的國從你們那裡奪去，賜給結果子的人。

你們從前死在過犯和未被割除的罪惡本性中，但現在上帝卻使你們與基督一同活了過來。上帝赦免了我們一切的過犯，

因為這應許是給你們和你們的兒女，以及遠方的人，就是所有被主——我們的上帝呼召的人。」

從前，樹木要選一個王，它們對橄欖樹說，『你來做我們的王。』橄欖樹說，『我怎能因為貪圖凌駕於眾樹之上而停止出產用來尊崇神與人的橄欖油呢？』

即使境內只剩下十分之一的人，也必被消滅。然而，就像砍掉松樹和橡樹後必留下樹墩，這地方必有聖潔的苗裔存留下來。」

樹枝枯乾斷落，婦女拿去作柴燒。因為以色列人愚昧無知，所以他們的創造主不憐憫他們，也不向他們施恩。

這兩位見證人就是豎立在世界之主面前的那兩棵橄欖樹和兩座燈臺。

它的枝條延伸到地中海，嫩枝伸展到幼發拉底河。你為何拆毀了它的籬笆，讓路人隨意摘取葡萄呢？林中的野豬蹂躪它，野獸吞吃它。萬軍之上帝啊，求你回來，求你在天上垂顧我們這棵葡萄樹，這棵你親手栽種和培育的葡萄樹。這樹被砍倒，被焚燒，願你發怒毀滅仇敵。

我告訴你們，將來有許多從東從西來的人會在天國與亞伯拉罕、以撒和雅各一同歡宴。但那些本應承受天國的人反會被趕出去，在黑暗裡哀哭切齒。」

那裡盛產大麥、小麥、葡萄、無花果、石榴、橄欖油和蜂蜜；

燈臺旁邊有兩棵橄欖樹，左右各一棵。」

所以，主耶和華說，我怎樣把林中的葡萄樹丟在火中當柴燒，也必照樣丟棄耶路撒冷的居民。我必嚴懲他們。他們縱然火裡逃生，仍要被火燒滅。我嚴懲他們的時候，他們便知道我是耶和華。我必使他們的土地荒涼，因為他們對我不忠。這是主耶和華說的。」

我們生來是猶太人，不是外族罪人，

不常在我裡面的人就像丟在外面枯乾的枝子，最後只有被人拾起來丟在火裡燒掉。

眾人都極其敬畏耶和華，向祂獻祭，並且許願。
