实际上，如果他们被丢弃，使世人与神和好了，那么他们蒙接纳，如果不是从死人中复生，又是什么呢？

若他们被丢弃，天下就得与神和好，他们被收纳，岂不是死而复生吗？

如果他们被丢弃，世界因而得以与上帝和好；他们被收纳，岂不就是从死人中复生吗？

如果他们被丢弃，世界因而得以与神和好；他们被收纳，岂不就是从死人中复生吗？

如果他们被抛弃，人类便有机会与上帝和好，那么，当他们被接纳的时候，又将怎样呢？岂不是要死而复生吗？

如果他们被舍弃，世人就可以与神复和；他们蒙接纳，不就等于从死人中复活吗？

若他們被丟棄，天下就得與神和好，他們被收納，豈不是死而復生嗎？

如果他們之被丟棄致成了世界之與上帝復和，那麼他們之蒙收納、不是要致成了生命從死人中活起來麼？

實際上，如果他們被丟棄，使世人與神和好了，那麼他們蒙接納，如果不是從死人中復生，又是什麼呢？

若彼之見棄、為斯世復和於上帝、則其見納也、豈非自死而生乎、

若以色列人始見棄、因而舉世得親於上帝、後亦見納、非出死入生乎。

若彼之見棄、使世復和、則彼之見納何如、豈非由死復生乎、○

何則、若彼之被棄已為舉世重歸天主之因緣、則彼之被納、又為何如將非轉死為生、大地回春乎！

For if their rejection brought reconciliation to the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?

When they were not accepted, it became possible for the whole world to be brought back to God. So what will happen when they are accepted? It will be like life from the dead.

For if their rejection means the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance mean but life from the dead?

For since their rejection meant that God offered salvation to the rest of the world, their acceptance will be even more wonderful. It will be life for those who were dead!

For if their rejection brings reconciliation to the world, what will their acceptance mean but life from the dead?

For if their rejection proves to be the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?

For if their being cast away is the reconciling of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?

For if the casting away of them is the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead?

For if their rejection brings reconciliation to the world, what will their acceptance mean but life from the dead?

For if the casting away of them[ be] the reconciling of the world, what[ shall] the receiving[ of them be], but life from the dead?

For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead?

这样，我们做神敌人的时候，尚且能藉着神儿子的死与神和好，何况和好以后，难道不更要藉着神儿子的生命得救吗？不仅如此，我们现在藉着主耶稣基督与神和好了，就更要藉着他以神夸耀。

可是三天半之后，有从神而来的生命气息进入他们里面，他们就站立起来了。于是强烈的恐惧临到那些观看他们的人。

因为我这个儿子是死而复生、失而复得的。’于是他们开始庆祝。

这一切都是出于神，他藉着基督使我们与他自己和好，并且把这劝人与他和好的服事工作赐给了我们。这就是说，在基督里，神使世人与自己和好，不把他们的过犯算在他们的身上，又把这和好的福音托付了我们。因此我们是基督的特使，就像神藉着我们在劝告人——我们代替基督请求说：“与神和好吧！”

所以我要问，难道以色列人跌倒了，是要他们败落吗？绝对不是！相反，因他们的过犯，救恩就临到了外邦人，为要激起以色列人的嫉妒之心。既然他们的过犯能使世人富足，他们的失败能使外邦人富足，更何况他们的全数满足呢！

“为了你的民，为了你的圣城，有七十个‘七’被定下了，为要结束罪过，终止罪恶，赎清罪孽，带来永远的公义，封住异象和预言，膏抹至圣所。

到了那计划日期满足的时候，就使天上和地上的万有，都包含在基督里。

现在，我们应该庆祝、欢喜，因为你这个弟弟是死而复生、失而复得的。’”

那么，我要问，难道神弃绝了他的子民吗？绝对没有！其实我也是以色列人，亚伯拉罕的后裔，属于便雅悯支派。神并没有弃绝自己预先所知道的子民。难道你们不知道那有关以利亚的经文怎么说吗？他怎样向神抱怨以色列人呢？

又藉着他在十字架上所流的血成就了和平，就是藉着他使万有——无论地上的或天上的——都与他自己和好了。从前，你们在邪恶的行为中与神隔绝，在意念中与他为敌；

随后，我看见一些座位，上面坐着人；这些人被赐予了审判的权柄。我又看见那些为耶稣做见证并为神的话语被斩首之人的灵魂，他们没有膜拜那兽或兽像，也没有在自己额上或手上接受那印记。他们都活了过来，并且与基督一同做王一千年。其余死去的人还没有活过来，直到这一千年完结。这是第一次的复活。那些在第一次复活中有份的人是蒙福的、是圣洁的！第二次的死没有权柄辖制他们；他们将成为神和基督的祭司，与基督一同做王一千年。
