背后批评、怨恨上帝、欺侮别人、心骄气傲、自高自大、自我吹捧、无恶不作、违背父母、

毁谤人的、憎恨神的、凌辱人的、傲慢的、自夸的、制造恶事的、忤逆父母的、

诽谤人、憎恨神、侮慢人、骄傲、自夸、制造恶行、悖逆父母、

又是讒毀的、背後說人的、怨恨神的、侮慢人的、狂傲的、自誇的、捏造惡事的、違背父母的、

說人壞話的、怨恨上帝的、侮辱人的、狂傲的、自誇的、製造是非的、忤逆父母的、

說人壞話的、怨恨神的、侮辱人的、狂傲的、自誇的、製造是非的、忤逆父母的、

背後批評、怨恨上帝、欺侮別人、心驕氣傲、自高自大、自我吹捧、無惡不作、違背父母、

毀謗人的、憎恨神的、凌辱人的、傲慢的、自誇的、製造惡事的、忤逆父母的、

譭謗的、憎惡上帝的、損害人的、狂傲的、矜誇的、揑造惡事的、悖逆父母的；

誹謗人、憎恨神、侮慢人、驕傲、自誇、製造惡行、悖逆父母、

隱刺、毀謗、憎上帝、狎侮、傲慢、矜誇、造惡、違逆父母、

隱刺、毀謗、怨上帝、狎侮、驕傲、矜誇、機詐、違逆父母、

為殘害者、毀謗者、怨天主者、傲慢者、驕縱者、矜誇者、機心作惡者、違逆父母者、

slanderers, God-haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents;

They tell lies about them. They hate God. They are rude and proud. They brag. They think of new ways to do evil. They don’t obey their parents.

人將逞其私欲、孳孳為利、驕矜自慢輕薄褻瀆、不孝父母、忘恩負義、不虔不敬、

蓋斯輩大言不慚、提倡邪淫；凡初脫惡習者、鮮不受惑；

此輩怨天尤人、牢騷滿腹、所行惟殉私欲、所言皆屬荒誕、阿諛諂媚、惟利是圖。

愆尤蒙糾正。益見慈恩富。

蓋吾人從前亦昏昧悖逆、徬徨岐途、縱情恣慾、險狠媢嫉；己實可惡、而轉以惡人。

橫逆縱頻仍。心泰何憂否。

然則吾人復何所誇？實無所誇也。尚憑何法？其憑事功之法乎？非也！乃憑立信之法耳。

昔丟大自炫自尊、附者四百、及其伏誅、眾乃四逸。

「敬爾父母；詈父母者、死無赦；」

無他、蓋順於欲者、則逆於天主；如此自不甘服天主之法、且亦不能。故凡體欲之情者、必不能取悅於天主也。

自是耶穌始預示其徒、彼須往耶路撒冷、將陷於長老、經生、司祭之手、備受凌辱、乃至被殺；第三日復活。

穢氣沖天。邪淫實多。

而以法為誇者、豈可明知故犯、以辱天主乎？

炎威不可當炙手信可熱。

凡惡予者、即惡吾父也。予若未在眾前行人所不能行之靈蹟、則彼猶可無咎、今彼既睹之、而依然惡予與吾父也！

顧爾傲慢成性、至今猶誇誕如初；凡此誇誕、皆屬非善。

奉事偶像者。終必見隕越。願爾諸神道。敬向主屈膝。

驕矜自慢兮。目無主宰。刼奪人財兮。逍遙法外。

惟其時、爾將見鬻於父母、兄弟、親戚、朋友、且將有被人致死者焉。

吾必克其敵。手擊眾醜類。

倘爾擁有猶太人之名、以法為恃、以天主為誇、

舌在人身、亦復如是其形雖小、其誇實大。星星之火、可以燎原；

反抗基督、妄自尊大、目中不復有所謂天主或可敬者、彼且坐於天主聖殿、而自炫其為天主焉。

吾儕亦未過份自誇、而貪他人之功以為己功也。但望爾等之信德、與日俱長；庶幾吾儕之範圍、亦得賴以擴張、

世不能疾爾曹、其所以疾予者、以予指斥其非也。
