他们既然故意不认识神，神就任凭他们存扭曲的心，做那些不该做的事，

他们既然故意不认识神，神就任凭他们存邪僻的心，行那些不合理的事；

他们既然故意不认识上帝，上帝就任凭他们存扭曲的心，做那些不该做的事，

既然他们故意不认识上帝，上帝就任凭他们心思败坏，做不当做的事。

他们既然故意不认识神，神就任凭他们存着败坏的心，去作那些不正当的事。

既然人不愿意真正认识神，神就任凭他们存败坏的理性，去做那些不该做的事。

他們既然故意不認識神，神就任憑他們存邪僻的心，行那些不合理的事；

他們既然故意不認識上帝，上帝就任憑他們存扭曲的心，做那些不該做的事，

他們既然故意不認識神，神就任憑他們存扭曲的心，做那些不該做的事，

既然他們故意不認識上帝，上帝就任憑他們心思敗壞，做不當做的事。

他們既然故意不認識神，神就任憑他們存著敗壞的心，去作那些不正當的事。

他們怎樣在認識上帝選擇了「無上帝」，上帝就怎樣把他們放給不上選的心思，去行不該行的事；

既然人不願意真正認識神，神就任憑他們存敗壞的理性，去做那些不該做的事。

彼知識中既不願有上帝、上帝遂任其喪心、行非宜之行、

彼既不以上帝存於中、上帝聽其喪心、行所不當行、

彼既不願存天主於念、天主聽其存邪僻之心、行所不當行者、

若輩既冥頑不靈、心棄天主、則天主亦愛莫能助、於是聽其昧心恣行、

Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.

They didn’t think it was important to know God. So God let them continue to have evil thoughts. They did things they shouldn’t do.

And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a debased mind to do what ought not to be done.

Since they thought it foolish to acknowledge God, he abandoned them to their foolish thinking and let them do things that should never be done.

And because they did not think it worthwhile to acknowledge God, God delivered them over to a corrupt mind so that they do what is not right.

And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to a depraved mind, to do those things that are not proper,

And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting;

And even as they refused to have God in their knowledge, God gave them up unto a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not fitting;

And because they did not think it worthwhile to acknowledge God, God delivered them over to a worthless mind to do what is morally wrong.

And even as they did not like to retain God in[ their] knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;

And just as they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what should not be done.

Even as they refused to have God in their knowledge, God gave them up to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not fitting;

并且在那沉沦的人身上行各样不义的诡诈，因为他们不领受爱真理的心，好让他们得救。故此，神就给他们一个引发错误的心，叫他们信从虚谎，使一切不信真理、倒喜爱不义的人都被定罪。

因为，他们虽然知道神，却不把他当作神荣耀他，也不感谢他。他们的思想变为虚妄，无知的心昏暗了。

他们宣称认识神，却在行为上否认他；他们是可憎恶的，是悖逆的，不配做任何好事。

你居住在诡诈的人中；他们因行诡诈，不愿意认识我。这是耶和华说的。

所以，神任凭他们随着心里的情欲行污秽的事，以致彼此羞辱自己的身体。

说：“我为何恨恶管教，心里轻看责备呢？我不听从教师的话，也没有侧耳听那教导我的。

从前雅尼和佯庇怎样反对摩西，这等人也怎样抵挡真理；他们的心地败坏，信仰经不起考验。

因为体贴肉体就是与神为敌，对神的律法不顺服，事实上也无法顺服。属肉体的人无法使神喜悦。

人必称他们为被抛弃的银子，因为耶和华已经抛弃了他们。

因为他们恨恶知识，选择不敬畏耶和华，

这些不信的人被这世界的神明弄瞎了心眼，使他们看不见基督荣耀的福音。基督本是神的像。我们不是传自己，而是传耶稣基督为主，并且自己因耶稣作你们的仆人。那吩咐光从黑暗里照出来的神已经照在我们心里，使我们知道神荣耀的光显在耶稣基督的脸上。

你们要醒悟为善，不再犯罪；因为有人不认识神。我说这话是要使你们羞愧。

“你们无知的人喜爱无知，傲慢人喜欢傲慢，愚昧人恨恶知识，要到几时呢？

他们对神说：‘离开我们吧！我们不想知道你的道路。全能者是谁，我们何必事奉他呢？求告他有什么益处呢？’

你们总要省察自己是否在信仰中生活；你们要考验自己。除非你们经不起考验，你们自己岂不应该知道有耶稣基督在你们里面吗？我希望你们知道，我们并不是经不起考验的人。我们祈求神使你们不做任何恶事；这不是要显明我们是经得起考验的，而是要你们行事端正，即使我们似乎经不起考验也没有关系。

原来，神的愤怒从天上显明在一切不虔不义的人身上，就是那些行不义压制真理的人。

我的百姓因无知识而灭亡。你抛弃知识，我也必抛弃你，使你不再作我的祭司。你既忘了你神的律法，我也必忘记你的儿女。

敬畏耶和华是知识的开端；愚妄人藐视智慧和训诲。

愚昧人既无知，为何手拿银钱去买智慧呢？

“我的百姓愚顽，不认识我；他们是愚昧无知的儿女，有智慧行恶，没有知识行善。”

和各样拦阻人认识神的高垒，又夺回人心来顺服基督。

虽然我靠着基督能放胆吩咐你做该做的事，

淫词、妄语和粗俗的俏皮话都不合宜；总要说感谢的话。

因此，神任凭他们放纵可羞耻的情欲。他们的女人把自然的关系变成违反自然的；

众人听见死人复活的话，就有人讥诮他；又有人说：“我们会再听你讲这事。”

他们故意忘记这事，就是从太古凭神的话有了天，并由水而出和藉着水而成的地；

我到处走走的时候，仔细观察你们所敬拜的，发现一座坛，上面写着‘献给未识之神明’。你们所不认识而敬拜的，我现在向你们宣告：
