使爾經歷曠野、廣大可畏、有毒火蛇與蠍、乾旱無水之地、又為爾使水出自堅磐、

惟爾人子、勿畏之、勿畏其言、彼雖忤逆之族、向爾若荊棘蒺藜、爾若坐在蠍中、勿懼其言、勿畏其威、勿畏其威或作勿於其前驚惶

民必斂盡爾之輜重、如蝗之食禾、疾趨而奪之、如蚱蜢疾飛、

爾之侯伯、多若蝗蟲、爾之將帥、彷彿成群之大蝗、天寒之時、棲於藩籬、日出則飛去、人不知棲於何處、

我賜爾以能、可踐蛇蠍、可制敵之諸權、必無害爾者、
