謂執角之第六天神曰：「曩日繫於歐弗拉底河邊之四天神、當往釋之。」

It said to the sixth angel who had the trumpet,“ Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.”

第六位天使把他的碗倒在幼发拉底大河上，河水就干了，好为那些从东方来的众君王预备道路。

于是那四个使者就被释放了。他们是为此年、此月、此日、此时所预备好的，为要杀死人类的三分之一。

这事以后，我看见四位天使站在大地的四角上，掌握着大地四方的风，不让风吹在大地、海洋或任何树木上。

第三条河名叫底格里斯，它流过亚述东边。第四条河是幼发拉底。

这时候，拿着七支号角的七位天使就预备要吹响号角。

接着，我看见站在神面前的七位天使，被赐予了七支号角。
