The fifth angel sounded his trumpet, and I saw a star that had fallen from the sky to the earth. The star was given the key to the shaft of the Abyss.

or‘ Who will descend into the abyss?’( that is, to bring Christ up from the dead).”

And they were begging Him not to command them to go away into the abyss.

“ The beast that you saw was, and is not, and is about to come up out of the abyss and go to destruction. And those who live on the earth, whose names have not been written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, will wonder when they see the beast, that he was, and is not, and will come.

But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come.For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, arrogant, slanderers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy,unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self control, brutal, haters of good,treacherous, reckless, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God,holding to a form of godliness although they have denied its power; avoid such people as these.

Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand.

They have as king over them, the angel of the abyss; his name in Hebrew is Abaddon, and in the Greek he has the name Apollyon.The first woe has passed; behold, two woes are still coming after these things.Then the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,

The fourth angel sounded, and a third of the sun, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars were struck, so that a third of them would be darkened and the day would not shine for a third of it, and the night in the same way.

And He said to them,“ I watched Satan fall from heaven like lightning.

The second woe has passed; behold, the third woe is coming quickly.Then the seventh angel sounded; and there were loud voices in heaven, saying,“ The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ; and He will reign forever and ever.”

And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and seven trumpets were given to them.

And the seven angels who had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound them.The first sounded, and there was hail and fire mixed with blood, and it was hurled to the earth; and a third of the earth was burned up, and a third of the trees were burned up, and all the green grass was burned up.The second angel sounded, and something like a great mountain burning with fire was hurled into the sea; and a third of the sea became blood,

No one is to deceive you in any way! For it will not come unless the apostasy comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction,who opposes and exalts himself above every so called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God.Do you not remember that while I was still with you, I was telling you these things?And you know what restrains him now, so that he will be revealed in his time.For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is removed.Then that lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will eliminate with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His coming;

And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are also; and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

How you have fallen from heaven, You star of the morning, son of the dawn! You have been cut down to the earth, You who defeated the nations!

As for the mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands: the seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches.
