The fourth angel sounded his trumpet, and a third of the sun was struck, a third of the moon, and a third of the stars, so that a third of them turned dark. A third of the day was without light, and also a third of the night.

The fourth angel blew his trumpet. Then a third of the sun was struck. A third of the moon was struck. A third of the stars were struck. So a third of each of them turned dark. Then a third of the day had no light. The same thing happened to a third of the night.

天上的星宿都不发光，太阳一升起就变黑暗，月亮也不放光。

太阳要变为黑暗，月亮要变为血，这都在耶和华大而可畏的日子未到以前。

在它们面前，地动天摇，日月昏暗，星宿无光。

第一位天使吹号，就有冰雹和火搀着血扔在地上；地的三分之一和树的三分之一被烧掉了，一切的青草也被烧掉了。第二位天使吹号，就有像火烧着的大山扔在海中；海的三分之一变成血，海中有生命的被造之物死了三分之一，船只也毁坏了三分之一。第三位天使吹号，就有烧着的大星好像火把从天上坠下来，落在江河的三分之一和众水的泉源上。这星名叫“苦艾”；众水的三分之一变为苦艾，许多人因水变苦而死了。第四位天使吹号，太阳的三分之一、月亮的三分之一、星辰的三分之一都被击打，以致日月星的三分之一变黑了，白昼的三分之一没有光，黑夜也是这样。

日月昏暗，星宿无光。

这全地的人，三分之二将被剪除而死，三分之一仍必存留。这是耶和华说的。我要使这三分之一经过火，熬炼他们，如熬炼银子；试炼他们，如试炼金子。他们要求告我的名，我必应允他们。我说：“这是我的子民。”他们要说：“耶和华是我的上帝。”

耶和华对摩西说：“你向天伸出你的手，使黑暗笼罩埃及地；这黑暗甚至可以摸得到。”摩西向天伸出他的手，浓密的黑暗就笼罩了埃及全地三天之久。三天内，人人彼此看不见，谁也不敢起身离开原地；但所有以色列人住的地方却有光。法老就召摩西来，说：“去，事奉耶和华吧！只是你们的羊群牛群要留下来。你们的孩子可以和你们同去。”摩西说：“你必须把祭物和燔祭牲交在我们手中，让我们可以向耶和华我们的上帝献祭。我们的牲畜也要与我们同去，连一蹄也不留下，因为我们要从牲畜中挑选来事奉耶和华—我们的上帝。未到那里之前，我们还不知道要用什么来事奉耶和华。”但耶和华任凭法老的心刚硬，法老不肯放他们走。法老对摩西说：“离开我去吧！你要小心，不要再见我的面，因为再见我面的那日，你就必死！”摩西说：“就照你说的，我也不要再见你的面了！”

羔羊揭开第六个印的时候，我看见地大震动，太阳变黑像粗麻布，整个月亮变红像血，

这不法的人来，是靠撒但的运作，行各样的异能、神迹和一切虚假的奇事，并且在那沉沦的人身上行各样不义的诡诈，因为他们不领受爱真理的心，好让他们得救。故此，上帝就给他们一个引发错误的心，叫他们信从虚谎，使一切不信真理、倒喜爱不义的人都被定罪。

那四个使者就被释放；他们原是预备好，在特定的年、月、日、时，要杀人类的三分之一。

“那些日子的灾难一过去，太阳要变黑，月亮也不放光，众星要从天上坠落，天上的万象都要震动。

到了正午，全地都黑暗了，直到下午三点钟。

“日月星辰要显出预兆，地上的邦国也有困苦，因海中波浪的响声而惶惶不安。

那时大约是正午，全地都黑暗了，直到下午三点钟，太阳变黑了，殿的幔子从当中裂为两半。

“在那些日子、那灾难以后，太阳要变黑，月亮也不放光，

它的尾巴拖拉着天上星辰的三分之一，把它们摔在地上。然后龙站在那将要生产的妇人面前，等她生产后要吞吃她的孩子。

从正午到下午三点钟，遍地都黑暗了。

从马的口中所喷出来的火、烟和硫磺这三样灾害杀了人类的三分之一。

那时，月亮要蒙羞，太阳要惭愧，因为万军之耶和华必在锡安山，在耶路撒冷作王，在他众长老面前彰显荣耀。

太阳要变为黑暗，月亮要变为血，这都在主大而光荣的日子未到以前。

第四位天使把碗倾倒在太阳上，使太阳可用火烤人。人被炎热所烤，就亵渎那有权掌管这些灾难的上帝的名，他们没有悔改，也没有把荣耀归给上帝。

我观看地，看哪，地是空虚混沌；我观看天，天也无光。

我毁灭你时，要遮蔽诸天，使众星昏暗；我必以密云遮掩太阳，月亮也不放光。我要使天上发亮的光体在你上面变为昏暗，使你的地也变为黑暗。这是主耶和华说的。

“到那日，我要使太阳在正午落下，使这地在白昼黑暗。”这是主耶和华说的。

这些不信的人被这世界的神明弄瞎了心眼，使他们看不见基督荣耀的福音。基督本是上帝的像。
