Then the Lord will create over the whole site of Mount Zion and over her assemblies a cloud by day, and smoke and the shining of a flaming fire by night; for over all the glory there will be a canopy.There will be a booth for shade by day from the heat, and for a refuge and a shelter from the storm and rain.

For David said,“ The Lord, the God of Israel, has given rest to his people, and he dwells in Jerusalem forever.

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

And night will be no more. They will need no light of lamp or sun, for the Lord God will be their light, and they will reign forever and ever.

And I will dwell among the children of Israel and will not forsake my people Israel.”

Around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and seated on the thrones were twenty-four elders, clothed in white garments, with golden crowns on their heads.

Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?

looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

Come, bless the Lord, all you servants of the Lord, who stand by night in the house of the Lord!Lift up your hands to the holy place and bless the Lord!

Now the point in what we are saying is this: we have such a high priest, one who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven,

and they were singing a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and before the elders. No one could learn that song except the 144,000 who had been redeemed from the earth.It is these who have not defiled themselves with women, for they are virgins. It is these who follow the Lamb wherever he goes. These have been redeemed from mankind as firstfruits for God and the Lamb,and in their mouth no lie was found, for they are blameless.

I will dwell among the people of Israel and will be their God.

and the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
