When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain because of the word of God and the testimony they had maintained.

The Lamb broke open the fifth seal. I saw souls under the altar. They were the souls of people who had been killed. They had been killed because of God’s word and their faithful witness.

When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the witness they had borne.

When the Lamb broke the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of all who had been martyred for the word of God and for being faithful in their testimony.

我看见许多宝座，上面坐着的人得到了审判的权柄。他们是为基督做见证、为了上帝的道而被斩首之人的灵魂。他们没有拜兽和兽像，额上或手上也没有盖兽印。他们都一同复活，与基督同掌王权一千年。

人们将把你们赶出会堂，时候将到，杀害你们的人还以为是在事奉上帝。

我约翰是你们的弟兄，在耶稣里和你们患难与共、同享国度、一起忍耐。我因传扬上帝的道、为主耶稣做见证而到了拔摩海岛上。

又有一位掌管烈火的天使从祭坛那里出来，对手拿镰刀的天使高喊：“挥动你锋利的镰刀，收取地上葡萄树的果实吧！它们已经熟透了。”

‘我知道你住在撒旦称王的地方。当我忠心的见证人安提帕在你们这撒旦盘踞之处殉道的时候，你仍然坚守我的名，仍然信靠我。

我又听见从祭坛发出的声音说：“是的，全能的主上帝，你的判决真实公义。”

弟兄们是靠着羔羊的血和自己所见证的道战胜了它，他们甘愿牺牲，视死如归。因此，诸天和其中的居民都要欢欣雀跃！但大地和海洋有祸了，因为魔鬼知道它的时日不多了，就怒气冲冲地下到你们那里。”巨龙见自己被摔到地上，就迫害那先前产下男婴的妇人。但那妇人得到一对巨鹰的翅膀，使她能飞到旷野，去上帝为她预备的地方避难，在那里被照顾三年半。巨龙紧追不舍，张口吐出大量的水，如同江河一般，要冲走那妇人，大地却帮助她，张口吞了巨龙口中吐出来的大水。巨龙大怒，转而攻击她的其他儿女，就是那些坚守上帝的诫命、为耶稣做见证的人。

我俯伏在他脚前要拜他，他却说：“千万不可！我和你并那些为耶稣做见证的弟兄姊妹同是上帝的奴仆。你要敬拜上帝，因为预言的真谛就是为耶稣做见证。”

我要赐权柄给我的两个见证人，他们将身穿麻衣，传道一千二百六十天。”这两位见证人就是竖立在世界之主面前的那两棵橄榄树和两座灯台。若有人要伤害他们，他们便从口中喷出火焰，烧灭敌人；若有人企图加害他们，必定会这样被杀。他们拥有权能，在传道期间可以关闭天空使雨不降在地上，又有权使水变成血，并随时用各样的灾祸击打世界。当他们做完见证以后，从无底坑上来的兽要和他们交战，并战胜他们，把他们杀掉。

约翰便为自己所看见的一切——上帝的道和耶稣基督做见证。

另一位天使手里拿着金香炉上前来，站在祭坛旁边。他接过了许多香，把香和众圣徒的祈祷一起献在宝座前的金坛上。

第六位天使吹号的时候，我听见有一个声音从上帝面前的金祭坛的四个角发出来，

所以，你不要羞于为我们的主做见证，也不要以我这为主被囚的人为耻，要靠着上帝的能力和我一同为福音受苦。

我的生命如同奉献在祭坛上的酒正倾倒出来，我离世的日子快要到了。

我处在两难之间。我情愿离开世界，与基督在一起，那实在是再好不过了。

是的，我们坦然无惧，甚至更乐意离开身体，回到天家与主相聚。

也要把一些血抹在耶和华面前的香坛的四角上，然后把剩下的血倒在会幕门口的燔祭坛脚旁。

你们的信心就是献给上帝的事奉和祭物，即使在上面浇奠我的生命，我也很喜乐，并且和你们大家一同喜乐。
